Employees are terrible with customer service. Kept asking what bread me and my family wanted over and over again. Put it in the toaster but was still cold. The place was disgusting. They don’t clean the mats or anything. Unnecessary attitude. When we finished and said thank you the lady said mhmm. And my lettuce was brown like it had been sitting there for a while. Subway needs to hire people who care.

Poor service. Cashier didn’t know how to ring up a coupon and cursed me out because she didn’t know her job. This restaurant need to hire people who are willing to work and know how to respect people, especially people who are old enough to be their parents. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. Please hire people with good customer service manners. I only rated 1 in order to leave a review, otherwise you get a 0.

This subway don’t deserve a star. If I could I’d give them a negative 5. Came here last night around 8pm and tried to order but was told they didn’t have steak, white bread and was about to get told they didn’t even have ranch sauce. Wanted to pay with a 10 dollar bill and then was told they didn’t even have change. Came back today with a co-worker and now they dont have guacamole. whoever this worker is talked very rudely to an older gentlemen who was just trying to order a sandwich. Overall it’s pretty bad.

Everything I see says that the subway closes at 10:00 p.m. My son and I walked in at 9:15 and the lady kept telling us something but we couldn’t really understand what she was saying. We finally figured out that she was telling us that they were closed. She was in the middle of making a sandwich. Clearly they were not closed. This employee should be fired immediately.

I got there and the staff were not friendly at all. I ask for a 6 inch and they say “we have nothing but wheat bread” in a not so friendly tone. I said “that’s ok” next she said “we dont have have lettuce” I said again “is ok”. I leave and start eating my subway after the first bite I find a hair!! Nasty! I was very hungry and had been on the road for 5 hours. Now I have to stop somewere else. Worst experience ever.
