I’ve been a customer here for a while, but lately the experience has gone downhill because of a newer employee named Amanda. She has been extremely rude and gives the impression that she doesn’t want to be there or deal with customers. It creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere and makes people not want to return. Management really needs to address this because one employee’s attitude can affect the entire reputation of the place.

I’ve placed my order here a few times and each time there was something wrong I really try not to complain but this times was unacceptable I ordered a grilled chicken salad with tomatoes and paid for extra tomatoes which I didn’t have any on there at all then upon eating my salad I’m noticing that there’s a good amount of old lettuce and it’s making not even wanna eat my salad at all the only part that sucks about this I ordered it as a lunch order and can’t even take it back cause I wasted my lunch going to pick it up as it was an online order that I placed

Would not recommend this store to save my life. I Doordash and have taken a couple of orders. They have always left something out of my customers order. I have received complaints that the order was wrong. Everytime I have been in this store, they have been sitting down at the same table at the back right of the store doing nothing. When I have spoken to any of them, they are rude and act like I’m bothering them. My recommendation is go somewhere else to eat.

On 9/21/25@ 5:56 p.m. I was traveling and stooped to get gas and decided to go into Subway attached to this location. The young girl that took my order (a young white girl with black hair), wasn’t friendly in greeting me just asking what kind of bread, which they only had two kinds. I ask for a 6-inch meatball sub. I couldn’t see the sandwich until it got to the veggie area. Upon seeing it I ask where are the meatball? At this time a lady (heavy set white lady with white hair) was helping me. She said they are on their, she said 4. I really thought this was absurd, because it looks like small pieces meat and sauce nothing like a meatball. So, I told her I do not want it and I would get something else. The young girl then ask, “What’s wrong with it” This made the young girl anger, and she started fussing at about the sandwich. After she fixed me another sandwich (Tuna). The lady then told her to cash me out. The young girl then tried to over charge me for the sandwich, saying that the total was $ 7.59. She said it was the tax; I told not from $5.99. The lady then said, what’s wrong the girl told I was fussing bout the tax. The lady then shouted to me we don’t make the tax!! The girl then rang it correctly and gave the correct total $6.53. The young girl then threw me my receipt; I told don’t throw anything to me or she could give me a refund. She picked it up and hand it to me. I had my family with me, they had their order and was standing waiting for me and my brother told me the young had made the statement “Why are they just standing there”. As we were leaving out of the door both employees were talking about us to the other customers. I just want to say, I managed Subway for 9 years and I trained a lot of employees about giving great and fast customer service (this is what the company wants) and I know ever amount of each item that goes on the subs. I will say this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a subway. Hopefully someone of important will see this review and address this issue!! The ticket says served by #3993. If you look at the date and time and that number, you can find out which one of these employees worked at that time. THEY ARE RUNNING YOUR CUSTOMERS AWAY!!!!!

My sandwich was made perfectly by Alexis, even with all my specifics (half w/ veggies & half without). She even took the initiative to wrap them separately for my partner and I. Both workers on shift were very kind and helpful!

place is a joke! can’t enter without a mask, yet the lady working there didn’t not have one on. she wiped her nose and proceeded to make a sandwich. i requested that she not touch my food after seeing that.

My order is cancelled every other time I order, and usually 5-10 mins before it needs to be picked up. Phone number online does not even work so you cant even contact anyone. If you order any sauce on your subs, i promise you it will be slaughtered and will be messy. No one even attempts to call you before your order is cancelled, so you don’t know why or how. Just horrible altogether if you want a quick bite.

This is usually my favorite subway. However, tonight when I walked in all 3 workers were on their phones. One came to make my food. As soon as she rang my order into the register and I stuck my card in the reader she turned around without speaking and propped up on the counter behind her with the other workers and didn’t speak again. My receipt printed and I turned and walked out. That was the worst service I have ever had.
