I wish I could give this no stars but it needs at least 1, this is possibly the worst Subway in existence…this whole location is incompetent. Terrible service. Lady who did my mobile order took a picture on her phone of the order at the register & was constantly touching the phone while SLOWLY making my order, I then notice that she was making a different order & asked her if that was supposed to be my order & she said no, I then proceeded to wait while at least 3-4 people behind my already had their orders & left the store. When she gets done with the sandwiches she wraps them up & puts them in a bag & tries to give it to me… I tell her it wasn’t mine & told her that was why I asked when she was making the order, my sandwich wasn’t correct & I was fine with that, I just wanted my husband’s to be correct. She then proceeds to start the whole process over & remakes his sandwich & I have to tell her ingredient by ingredient on my MOBILE ORDER because for some reason their register doesn’t print mobile order receipts! Not to mention the man who went in the back & cut up more green bell peppers had seeds in the entire container of peppers, I highly recommend either going to the Pilot Travel Center or Brookwood for Subway or literally ANYWHERE ELSE! I WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR 2 SANDWICHES! Absolutely disgusted with this place… also not to mention the health department score of 85, this location needs to be closed, I wish it would so others wouldn’t have to endure this misery. OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! Employees are over- worked and under paid. Constantly out of or low on ingredients. There’s a young black man, has to be between 18-20, he’s always there by himself. Very nice guy, he does the best he can when clearly Managemnt is poor and the owners obviously do not care about the place or workers.

The worker was awesome and very sorry for not having many items in stock. It was obviously not her fault for how poor management is around here. Whoever this franchise owner is should be ashamed of themselves. Having only one worker along with failure to order proper amount of ingredients is just plain embarrassing.

I placed my order with the subway app. When I picked up my order, they did not toast it like I told them to align. It did not put any cheese on it even like I told them to do online. When I brought this to the ladies attention she made me get to the back of the line, even though I’ve already was a paying customer then furthermore When I asked her to be toasted longer, she told me she could not toast it longer because it wasn’t on the original receipt even though I put toasted on there and there’s no way to how long of a time you wanted terrible customer service terrible Use any other subway in Tuscaloosa stay away

This is the absolute worst Subway in existence. Wife ordered two subs ahead of time. Not only were they not ready at the expected time, the people working stopped making them halfway through to start working on other sandwiches for a group of people who walked in. They caught an attitude with her when she asked them why the other orders got priority even though hers was placed first.
Stay far, far away from this location.
