Excellent costumer service and great food. We literally just left this Subway and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. Both guys that were working were polite, quick, and got the order correct. One of the guys even twirled the condiment bottles as he was putting them on my sandwich, very talented. If we lived closer, this would be my Subway of choice. We got 3 pizzas and 3 subs, the food was hot and fresh.

I’m normally not a Subway fan. Well, I don’t mean that I’m not a subway fan, but what I mean is, it’s not top of mind when I’m thinking of a restaurant or somewhere quick to eat. Every time I’m at this location though, I always enjoy the food and the customer service is always great. Antonio greeted us and took care of us and made us feel at home. I got the steak and cheese sub, chips, and a drink, and my wife got sliders. The bread was not fantastic on the sliders but overall it was a great experience for fast food. This location is super convenient to my office and our house. I’ll be back!

This Subway HACKED into my online account and STOLE money. I don’t even live in this state, but got an email late Friday night that my order was ready for pickup. I live 8 states away, that’s not possible!? I went into my account and saw that an order was placed for pickup using a gift card I saved in my account. I called the store to stop the order but no one answered. I reported this to corporate subway and to local law enforcement. I called the Monday after and asked to speak to the manager, relaying my issue to an associate, but she/he is refusing to speak to me or call me back, which I find odd. Each time I try to call back, they refuse to answer the phone. This appears to have been an inside job. I have been in touch with corporate Subway and will make sure this matter gets handled. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

Food was average but the owner was in today and was talking to the Coke distributor in front of me and other customers. A long story short this store’s fountain lines in their machine had not been cleaned. The vendor asked the owner the brush was, the owner replied ” not sure”. I immediately threw my drink away and left. No excuse and no way will I come back.

My family and I visited this location on yesterday Friday, 9/13/24, evening. The service was horrible. This caucasian woman with piercings all over her face didn’t welcome us in she fixed her boyfriend a sandwich then gave it to him on the line tongue kissing him then afterwards she asked us what we was getting extremely rude she didn’t wash her hands after returning back to the line nor did she change her gloves. Then an African-American woman came out from the back talking on her phone being rude as well. This was a horrible experience. From the service to the workers lack of respect. I stopped by this Subway twice while visiting Birmingham, and this is probably the best Subway location I’ve been to so far. The restaurant was apparently recently remodeled, so everything looks clean and modern. The two staff members who helped me both looked pretty young, but were very professional and had great attitudes. I got good portion sizes of vegetables, and everything about my experience went smoothly.

I am very, very upset with the subway. This is the second time I have ordered from this location either be through online or through Uber Eats and this is the second time they have not given me my money back. I have a severe issue with that that’s over $40 that this store has kept when they shouldn’t have it should have been returned so until I get my money back from this store, I will not come in the store again if management needs to contact me which I doubt they will cause they never do. I just want my money back.
