This is my favorite Subway in the area. It’s always clean and the service is always fast and friendly. I usually order the Italian BMT, and it never disappoints, also when I want something sweet, the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are my favorite.

Absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I went in with a valid coupon for a free 6-inch when you buy a footlong. I ordered a 6-inch turkey sub, which was fine. He ordered the Turkey Titan (which is literally on their menu), but the employee making it kept asking what he wanted over and over, then still only put turkey on it. He had to read the ingredients from the board out loud to her.
While this was happening, I saw a HUGE ROACH crawl across the ceiling, fall into a pan sitting on top of the bread storage box, and continue crawling all over the area where food is kept. Completely disgusting and a major health violation.
When it came time to pay, they refused to honor my coupon even though it was valid and not expired. I ended up paying $20.88 for two sandwiches (I wouldn’t have even gone to Subway without the coupon) AND after watching a roach in the food prep area.
Between the incompetence, the refusal to honor valid promotions, and the obvious pest problem, I will never come back. If you value your health, avoid this location.

I come here once or twice per week for the past 6-8 months or so. The usual crew (male and female) are amazing and I looked forward to seeing them every time i came in. But the last 2 weeks have been horrible. New people in, very inexperienced, do not pay attention to the customers. The person today was on his phone the entire time he was making my order. I guess I’ll have to see who is behind the counter before I decide to go in.

Not sure what the young man was going through this morning (10/30/2024) but unwarranted attitudes are unacceptable. No greeting, I greeted him. Asked a question and his response was very dry as he pointed to the sign for me to answer my own question. I walked out. Plenty of sandwiches elsewhere.

I come here very often. Multiple times a month. Unfortunately a hit or miss with your sandwich being made correctly when ordering through the app even with written notes.Typically a nice staff and I never complain. I just try to adjust so I actually went the extra mile today and called ahead to assure it would be made correctly. I shouldn’t have because I instead got the opposite of what ordered which is a first but highly disappointing. I don’t want to keep playing a guessing game or wasting money so I will choose a different location for my future purchases
This hilarious. I just got to my other half and there are onions in my sandwich. I don’t know why they did me so bad!! I order online almost weekly maybe it’s annoying idk. Most definitely won’t come back.

The professionalism is horrible at this Subway. No name tags WHY??? The vegetables can be fresher, the bread at times be hard not fresh. The condiments look nasty. Vic you can do better. The nasty employees that work there are P and SK very rude and made my sandwich so sloppy. I was in with my coworkers and every last one of them said they will not be coming back to this location ever. It was at least 7 of us. Get them together u losing customers and money. I WILL NOT BE BACK OR MY COWORKERS. THEY SEEM LIKE FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING FOR U.

The employees are rude and I have noticed unsanitary practices.
I pulled up to the subway location one day around 3pm. There were no customers in the store. As I was walking to the door, I could see the employee through the window cussing me out and continued to do after after i walked in as he walked back towards the back area. After ordering my sandwich, I was trying to decide what I wanted on it and he kept rushing me saying ” come on man lets go, lets go what you want?!”
There have been several times that I have noticed poor sanitary practices. I have seen an employee drop a sandwich knife on the floor and then pick it back up and attempt to reuse it ( I Stopped that from happening). I was in there the other day and as I was ordering my sandwich, the women behind the counter wiped her hands on her mouth, picked her tooth, then tried to put gloves on to make my sandwich luckily I stopped that.
It’s kind of a bummer because the staff that use to work here were really nice.
