Two girls working behind the counter. One just stared at me and didn’t say anything when I walked in. I ordered a foot long with half Turkey and half buffalo chicken. My partner ordered a 6” and we got two cookies and two fountain drinks. Our total was over $30 because she charged me for two sandwiches since I got different meats and said it was double the meat. I tried explaining that made no sense and she still charged me. Our order should have been around $20.

This is the second time I’ve paid for something in the app, and not gotten it with this location. I paid for a protein bowl and added extra cheese for 99cents and specified I wanted less lettuce. The bowl was FULL of lettuce and had literally ONE slice of cheese???? My husband picked it up so I wasn’t there to check it.

The food was fine. All. Booths had bits of food or trash in them and the restroom had an out of order sign on it but an employee told us there was nothing wrong with it when our son asked to use the restroom.

Let’s start with the pros – customer service was great, the vegetables looked fresh, & they did not skimp on the toppings. Now the cons – they’re out of roast beef, service was slow even with 3 employees, & the guy cutting the bread is squishing it.

We ordered online to cut down the wait (there is always a wait) I literally ordered a heated Baja. Chicken and bacon with extra banana peppers, onions, mustard and spinach. I picked up my order and didn’t check it, I got home and there was nothing on it but chicken onions, spinach and Baja sauce. No cheese, no bacon, no mustard, no spinach and 3 banana peppers. Not to mention my sandwich was ice cold. I normally never leave reviews but this isn’t the first time we have had our order completely messed up. Oh and we receive local coupons from this place but they never honor them.

There wasn’t much of a line when we went, the people there are very friendly. My only issue was the price of 2 sandwiches, and no meal! $20… They have went way up on price, It’s awful but the place itself is nice. I will definitely go back
