9/19/2024 8:40 P.M. Two Ladies one was blonde no problems with her but the one with white hair has some serious anger issues she needs to deal with. I accidentally touched the glass and it moved an inch and she made it clear if it ever felt she would be leaving and would not clean the mess (which I’m not sure which mess it would cause since everything was in its slot). Then when I asked if the screws were in place just having trying to conversate she said “THE GLASS MOVES” as if I’m an idiot. Then I misheard her a couple of times throughout the process of her helping me and she would raised her voice at me with agitation again like I’m an idiot. Then when I was talking to the other lady asking her about what the sauces were because I had forgot the name of one my wife likes and some didn’t have names on them. She once again did what she did before telling me one was oil and another was vinegar.
I’m not sure if she’s mad because she has to work late or because I’m coming within the last hour of closing (45 min before) but its not my fault you cleaned up your station an hour early and/or just were irritated you had to do your job so close to closing. Your workplace you chose to work at closes at 9:30. If you don’t like that you have to serve customers up til the end of your shift work somewhere else! Ridiculous behavior for no reason. She would not want to be treated the same therefore there was no reason to treat me like that.

We’ve gone to this particular Subway many times and these guys always get our order right! Not too many places you can say that about nowadays. We order online and pass up 2 closer Subways just to go to this one. The sandwiches are always well made, exactly as requested, and the staff is really friendly. Every time I’ve gone in there, it’s nice and clean too. Thanks for always paying attention to the customers!

It is usually pretty good and I left four stars a long time ago. The other day, my order was wrong, the bread was hard, there was no meat on my sandwich when I got home. When I returned the next day, the manager and the man working with her were nice, apologized replaced my sandwich.

I enjoy eating at this Subway on a regular basis as it’s close to my work. A young lady named Toni always has a smile on her face. Food is fresh and restaurant is clean. Sandwiches are prepared exactly as ordered and done quickly. Prices are reasonable so what else can you ask for?

This location is usually quieter than most, since the shopping center is on the other side of hwy 11 across the railroad tracks. This location is super clean and the employees have always been nice. They do a great job making the sandwiches and do it in a timely fashion. This subway is located in the same parking lot as the pump it up and ace center.

I will not be visiting this location again. I had a young guy assisting me. As he was making my sandwich him and another employee were goofing around and talking which made the process of making my sandwich LONGER!! I had to wait about 2 extra minutes for him to go find lettuce, mind you, he still had on the same gloves when he came back with the lettuce. The veggies they had put out were not fresh. They were soggy with frostbite all over them.

It’s okay. I don’t know how you can mess up a sandwich but some workers manage to do that. Had moldy tomatoes one time and the girl picked it out and didn’t change her gloves after. Y’all should teach your employees to ALWAYS wash their hands before putting on clean gloves…what’s the point of gloves if you put them on with dirty hands. Sometimes they don’t change the gloves after operating the register. Ew.
