I just had the most uncomfortable experience. The gentlemen that worked there clearly were having a bad day. They were short with answers and snappy with comments. They were laughing and making snarky remarks to each other under their breath. It was just plain uncomfortable. There were quite a few people in line so maybe there were frustrated but they shouldn’t act that way in front of customers IMO.

This place is never clean anymore, there’s water under the floor, they never wipe down tables or the soda machines, they don’t change out the food in the containers until well past the date they’re due to be changed, they just sit in the back and ignore customers and are incredibly rude to the Walmart employees. Not only that but they have completely ignored me when I was standing in line and they just sat there and stared at me. They often hide in the back to avoid customers and are often rude all around.

The girl gave me a piece of turkey that had a dead bug on it and then tried to put her thumb over it so I wouldn’t see it and then when I said something about it while she was making the sandwich she said “oh yeah, i guess there is. Do you want a different piece of turkey?” I told her to keep it and left. Do not eat here they leave the food covers up all the time and bugs are always crawling on the food!

He ripped my bread in half so when I would have took a bite everything would have fell and then complained when I said I wanted new. Then the woman complained when I asked her to switch gloves from a previous order with pepper, I am highly allergic to pepper. Not a good store.

I give this subway a 1 because of their lack of care for the health of their customers. In the mist of the COVID-19 pandemic this subway does not require employees to wear mask for food prep or making sandwiches. The employee told me that he doesn’t wear a mask so I asked for someone who wears a mask to make my sandwich. Which they did. But this same unmasked employee was prepping food in the back. I don’t understand how this is ok.
