We typically go into subway during the day, we decided to grab sandwiches for dinner which was a huge mistake. I went in to get 3 sandwiches the customer in front of me took a few minutes as the two employees kept going back and forth talking the the managers husband (according to employees) who was behind me in line. Employees were continually talking to husband of manager and not focusing on customers already in line. 20 plus minutes later sandwiches were made and I was finally ready to go. The husband of managers sandwich was almost completed before mine and he was in line behind me. As I was paying the girl said “you can call back on Monday to complain “, I said jokingly why is the manager back on Monday she said yes. The husband of manager says if you need the manager I can get her on the phone now or even the owner, again not sure why this was even mentioned. It tells me they know it was not good service and I could feel free to complain that it wouldn’t matter to management or owner.I like subway and prefer this location but other locations close are more professional acting. Also, the customer in front of me ordered a drink with ice they told her to go next door to mcdonalds they would give her free ice if she told them she was from subway. The food was ok but the atmosphere was something if i were the owner or manager ai wouldn’t want happening in my business. I know that all the subways have cameras I would encourage the owner to watch the video it was around 6:40pm on 6-2-23.

Good speedy solo worker at 715pm. This location is known for leaving this girl by herself. At least have 2 people until 8pm to help with dinner rush and PM closing duties….

We walked into the subway and no one greeted us. My friend was scared to ask for the things on her sandwich because the girl was being rude and not talking at all. We asked for it to be toasted but she put it in for what looked like 3 seconds because she didn’t want to wait the whole time. She also said she liked her bandana and the girl still had no response and just gave her a dirty look. And she wasn’t wearing any subway attire so I don’t know her name. Would definitely not recommend going there.

Old nasty looking Lady came into jacks wearing a subway uniform. She was very disrespectful to thier crew and how she talked to them. Then talked about how her husband is in the hospital but then was still disrespectful to how she talked to the red head manager.

Walked in at 7:45pm with an open sign on, door unlocked and the hours stating they closed at 9:00 pm to a girl yelling we are closed! Walked out two more people went in and were sent away. Sat and watched while the lady then waited to exactly 8 pm turned off the front lights and locked up. I visit a few times a week but will not be back. Tried to call and report with no answer at the store when I could clearly see her in there.

Just ate at Subway in Springville AL. I had the most disgusting sandwich of my life. I had a pizza sub and asked for cheesy garlic bread. It was $2 extra so I said ok. Then she told me it would be extra for cheese that originally came on the sandwich. When I got the sandwich grease was pouring out of it. The sandwich was disgusting and soggy. I took 2 bites and had to throw it away. The girl at the register told me and my wife that most people get sick after eating it. I was shocked that she would say that after I started complaining about it. Next time I decide to go to subway. I will just set a $10 bill on fire
