I can’t imagine the amount of bacteria and germs we consume from this location! I literally watched the worker touch his long ponytail with his gloves still on and then proceeded to attempt to prepare my sandwich with the same gloves. I usually stay away because I have watched him be unsanitary before but against my better judgment I went today. I will not be returning.

Don’t bother ordering from here if there’s only 1 person working, especially with online orders, guy still had to wait 10 minutes before his food was even started. Who knows where the manager was at. Kid had no sense of urgency. Each person’s order was at least 10 minutes. Mine would’ve taken longer since I was going to get 3 sandwiches. I hope the manager wasn’t some guy coming in and out of storage just talking on his phone

Husband tried to buy dinner from here just now. An employee was sitting behind the counter and told him she can’t make his sub because she was off the clock. He asked if anyone else could and she said “I don’t know when the next person will be here”. Last time we are going to try coming here. There is always something wrong with this location.

I can’t comment on the service tonight because the female employee that was supposed to be working was taking a smoke out front when I pulled up. She put her cigarette out and went into the Subway office, sat down in the black office chair staring at the wall. I rang the bell for service and she jumped from the chair and indicated they were closed and went back to sitting and staring. The time was 8:24 p.m. She didn’t know whilst her back was turned from me, I saw all the food was still on the line and not broken down. She did hide the bread though. Your hours posted say you close at 9 p.m. But of course I don’t want ANYONE to serve me who DOES NOT WANT TO. Noted. Thank you

I can see why this location is rated so low. Wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I stopped by. Lady with the lip ring working has a horrible attitude. They were out of bacon I guess, ordered the all american club and never once said they were out of bacon. Also didn’t cut my sandwich, which I have never been to a subway that doesn’t do that. She was also super rude to a doordash driver that was there picking up, as well as the other customers that were trying to place an order. Like everyone was an inconvenience to her. If you hate your job, find another one and it probably needs to be one where you’re not working with the public!! Will never be back to this location.

Two employees that served me had an attitude that can even tick Pope off. I can’t believe they would treat customers so badly and getting paid.
And the sandwich that I ordered which was a simple turkey sandwich was just awful. Every time I politely asked the young lady to put anything on my sandwich she barked “I’m doing it!!!” really loud.
Needless to say I’m not going back there and I advise everyone to stay away from this place!!!!

Do not order here. Online or in person. They do not care about customers. Feb 15, 2025 around 12:30pm we placed an online order. I arrived thinking it would be prepared or in the process. I then learned through the app that my order had been cancelled with no notification of reason. I asked the lady behind the counter if they cancel online orders and she said yes, then I had to further ask if I should never order online there again for her to tell me they cancelled due to being out of the product on our sandwiches. A call would have been nice… Granted the lady was there alone and there was a line, but if she had enough time to cancel my order and enough time to walk to the back to change her knife bin then she had enough time to call us and let us know why she was canceling. Wont ever be back. Plenty of other places that are better.

Wish there was a negative star review! Went in yesterday and the line was so long and the staff was in NO HURRY TO HELP anyone. The staff looked horrible! One girl hair was LITERALLY sticking up all over her head and the other Jair was no better and hanging over her shoulders while she made a salad! It was so gross I just left! I love Subway, but this location is NOT IT!!!

Went here today to get a sandwich, ordered on the app. They were not working on my order when I arrived they were just standing around. Took them over 20 mins to make my sandwich. One of the workers was sitting in a chair on her phone and they also said they were out of bread and veggies. I will definitely not return to this establishment. Just terrible
