The two young girl who work there made my foot long sandwich and didn’t cut it in half and forgot my chips. When I went back through the drive thru to get them they were both on their phones, one sitting on the counter and the other leaned up against it next to her. I was waiting for 3-5 mins and grew upset. As one started to walk away I honked my horn to get there attention.
Honestly if I see those two girls working I will leave and go elsewhere.

I love subway always have. But when you have long thick black hair… WEAR A HAIR NET. I literally just got back home from unloading my groceries and opened my footlong and picked the right side up with hair hanging out of it. I’m starving. Also, my whole families hair is red.

First time coming to eat here. We just bought a farm in Horton alabama. The bigger lady with dark hair is just ridiculous and rude. She acts like she HATES her job, and then got a attitude because I asked her to put some more mayo on my sandwich, and then I went back in to see if we left our card in there and as I’m walking out she says to me “you could pick up your trash” which was just some napkins I left on the table and they were leaning on the counter on TikTok so you could see why I did that on purpose but very rude to say to a customer. Will NO LONGER be back ever again!!!!!

I come pretty frequently and most of the time it’s these two young girls and they’re always very rude! came this time ordered online because every time we come in they’re not welcoming or friendly! so we came through the drive through and she opened the window shoved the bag in my friends face (all without saying a word the whole time) and slammed the window shut. ridiculous!

The worst service ever, I’ve an offer coupon footlong for 6.99. I asked her if I can get two different 6″ she said no it’s only one kind. I said that’s fine. Then at the cash register she asked me 10.33$ . I told her so what about the coupon she said it’s not valid at this store! So why she didn’t told me this in beginning!

The girls at the counter were very rude. When my husband called to initially place the order over the phone, they answered the phone hello. He wasn’t even sure he had the right number at that time. The past three visits, the order has been totally messed up. Probably need to clean house over there. It’s terrible service.

Cheap skate owners have stale bread that is crunchy even after asking if fresh.. wouldn’t replace sandwich don’t go here unless crunchy stale bread is your thing! Here right at lunchtime on a Saturday not a soul in sight I see why! This place sucks!
