I want to immediately apologize for a photo of my chewed food. However, it leads to the reason of this review. I placed an online order around 6:00PM and picked it up at the time they said would be ready. Everything was correct and I had everything I ordered, BUT I DID NOT ORDER DIRT ON MY SANDWICH. I eat a lot of greens on my sandwich and the DIRT is the only thing brown in the picture. I realized too late after I bit into my, so far perfectly fine sandwich, and get a really really gritty texture… dirt never hurt anybody, but I don’t tend to add it to my dinner.

I came in to grab me and sandwhich and the one lady with blonde hair just had a very bad mood and didn’t even have manners. I can understand if ur having a bad day I work in retail too but I never take it out on the customer. She didn’t even smile or nothing didn’t greet me , or nothing and that just makes me not even wanna come back to eat there and I love coming there

What I wanted was a cold cut combo with veggies, cheddar cheese and sweet onion on 9 grain. What I got was plain bread with mustard and grated orange and white cheese. I am trying to salvage the sandwich by washing all the goop off and letting it drain overnight. I would have been much easier to just make myself a sandwich.

Very upset!! My bread was so tough I couldn’t even bite into it, I had to rip it then I couldn’t even chew it… after ripping it everything fell out of the bread and I couldn’t even finish it because there was a black hair in it. I know it was mine because my hair is a light brown. Nasty.

I placed an online order that had a Footlong and a protein bowl. The Footlong was missing so many ingredients and the protein bowl only had a small and I mean small portion of steak. Just upsetting because subway is always a huge hit in my household.

If there were a zero option, I would have chosen it! Only a 1 so that I could make a review. I show up at 8:45 to only go in to an empty store and wait 10 minutes before a newer employee comes from the back into the lobby. She then goes back into the back and around behind the counter and begins my first 2 out of 5 sandwiches. After she gets those 2 heated, another employee that I later find out is the night time shift leader comes out from either the back or the restroom with another lady that wasn’t working there. They were fixing there clothing, which made it look as if they had been doing something sexual. Then this leader lady asks me how many more sandwiches I had and what they were. I explained to her that I couldn’t tell her and the newer lady what I needed at the same time as I had 3 different texts on my phone of different sandwiches. The shift leader then gets rude with me and ends up taking 2 other orders and preparing them. Even after I kindly tell her between the two what my fifth sandwich is so that I can get finished with my order and get out of there. Before my last sandwich is even started the shift leader has taken up the whole vegetable and sauce side! The newer lady has to dig through all of them to even find the few extra things that I wanted on my sandwich. At 9:05 was telling customers that the store was closed and the man behind me actually locked the door for her. Obviously from other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened! Something definitely needs to be done about this store! On the door it plainly says they close at 9:30 not 9:00! Also to add, I got charged $5.00 extra for extra meat when there was no extra meat stated or on the sandwich, they were very stingy with everything!

Wow what a major improvement. Stopped by after not visiting for a while and noticed some amazing changes immediately. Staff was superb and moved with urgency. The new manager Jesse is doing a great job bringing this subway back to life. Food was great and service was again wonderful.

Employees were nice and greeted you as they waited on you. Food was good and made to order. Store was a little messy, but I believe they are doing some renovations.

I got one sandwich to go. It was prepared quickly and correctly. An elderly woman had just eaten in the restaurant. She walked back to the counter to tell the staff that her sandwich was very good. The young man fixing my sandwich was surprised to receive her kind words and pleased by the jester. It was a cute moment.

They cant read. This is the second time I ordered pickup n they completely messed up the sandwiches. Biggest mess up today: they forgot the Ham. I can really taste the cheese n the cucumber that wasnt suppose to be there. I like Subway but I waited 15 mins to pick up (it said my food was ready online). Got to the store waited 10 mins (no my food wasnt even started) then another 30 for them to make it. They asked questions and still got it wrong.
