I’d Like to Edit Previous Review due to the fact this Subway goes through alot of employees.Most don’t care just do what’s needed 2make the hours pass but then there’s some that take pride in Their jobs,Do a great job creating Subs,Prepin food, Greeting Customer&Running Cash Register;All While Providing Great Customer Service.I know 1st hand from Working close w/restraunts& retail store’s recently, there’s a huge shortage of Employees willin 2work, whom take Pride in Their Work,do their job 2the Best of Their Ability. Went in to use a coupon and they would not honor it, the owner told me he does not participate with Corp Subway ‘s coupon program. I would suggest going to exit 100 and do business with that location.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that you make an order and it’s wrong. Made an online order! They didn’t make one of the sandwiches. Then have two wrong sandwiches. Got chicken teriyaki instead of the new steak teriyaki. The receipt attach the the bag had EVERYRHING that was choose but yet it wasn’t right.

I find it incredibly unacceptable to show up at 6:30 pm (still during dinner hours and well before closing) to be given a list of breads up front that that they are out of. The selection of bread was down to two choices. My daughter ordered her meatball sub successfully. My son asked for a meatball sub and was told they just gave the last meatballs to my daughter. I ordered a Southwest Steak and Cheese Wrap which as stated on the sign comes with guacamole. All seemed well, so my son ordered the same and my husband ordered the bowl of the same southwest steak and cheese. When I asked for the guacamole I was told they were out. That would have been good to mention before three of us ordered a meal that specifically stated that it came with guacamole. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this Subway and many others in the area. I am consistently finding that I can’t order my sandwich the fresh ingredients on the fresh bread of my choice because of poor management that is either not prepping daily or does not understand how to order food trucks.

I am happy to have stopped here with my family. We were on our way to the zoo in Birmingham and needed a quick bite. I’m happy to report The service was great and not rushed and the food was tasty. Clean and respectable business over all.
