Sent my husband to get us lunch. 1st – out of pickles and banana peppers. 2nd – they don’t have the new 1 carb bread, 3rd – ordered me a LARGE cold cut combo and was charged for a large. The amount of meat on the salad was so small I feel it was not even equivalent to the amount on a 6″ sub. It literally looked like 2 thin round slices of ham. The large is supposed to be equivalent to the amount of meat on a footlong. 4th – tried to call them about it and phone goes to a full mailbox so you can’t leave a message. Called 2 timesso, paid about $10.50 for a pretty much meatless salad . Do not know why I keep giving them chances.

I work near this location and everytime I go to this specific subway I absolutely hate it. Every worker has a nasty attitude. The workers move very slow and the energy is just horrible. It could be a full line and it would be one worker in the front and the other working in the back (instead of coming to the front to help). They Never place the meat on properly, sometimes burn my bread. This is prob the worst subway I’ve ever visited in my life. Customer service is trash and they are never stocked up with food. This will be my last time coming to this one.

The food is good. Im not gonna lie but tonight, i went to subway and had a horrible experience. First time this ever happened. Me and 2 other ladies went to subway tonight. Now I looked on Google to see what time they close and it say 9 so when we walked up, they turned off their lights. Me and the two ladies was wondering what going on and not one of the workers came to the door and explained to us whats going on.I know one of them saw us outside to but she stayed inside and kept doing what she was doing. So one of the other ladies called a friend that worked there and said they close at 8 but it was 7:45 so we ended up leaving. I stayed and once i left, the workers turned the lights back on.

The young lady was the only one working and the line was to the door. I waited about 45 minutes all together but this lady deserves a raise. She was very nice to each customer and she was hustling to get all of our food made. She greeted each one of us with a smile and closed with “have a merry Christmas”. She deserves recognition for how she handled everything today. Being a former manager of a fast food restaurant I would have loved to have her work for me. And she deserves next Christmas off! Haha

This place was absolutely horrible picked my order up and asked the guy working if he put what I wanted on there and he lied straight to my face about it when I got back to the place to get if fixed they were closed even though they weren’t supposed to close for another hour and the people still messed up on my order will never come back again I wish I could give 0 stars

They charged me $17.50 for two foot longs extra black olives nothing special it was 9:00 pm. Closing time when I got home with my purchases I contest the accessive bill and called but they had closed the next night I told them what happens and they didn’t give me my receipt showing there errer they refused to reimburse me my money or compensate via more food items I used this subway quiet often and feel very disappointed in the way they handled my particular case thank you for your time.
