Runs out of bread every Friday. Ordered Italian Herbs & cheese bread today. They sprinkled cheese and oregano on the white bread like acting like it’s what I ordered

Subway isn’t my favorite anymore since there really isn’t that many locations near me, but they have redeemed themselves over the years.
Service: The subway is a privately owned restaurant which means you can’t use the app for deals and offers which kinda sucks but no big deal, I was given my food relatively quickly and staff were nice.
Food: Here’s the best part, you can make your own sandwich, make a choosing, cheese, whether you want it toasted or not, and vegetables and you’re on your way.
Atmosphere: It is so small compared to the gas station which is a whole lot bigger and the tables are a lil bit dirty.

No service with a smile, the bread was hard when we ask if it was fresh and told it was. Employee wasn’t friendly.

By FAR the friendliest and cleanest Subway I’ve ever been in! I stopped in on July 24th at 12:30 for lunch and the two young ladies behind the counter went above and beyond with every customer I observed them assisting. I’m not exaggerating when I say they truly brightened my day. My sandwich was delicious and very filling. Thanks. I will definitely recommend this location in Lincoln to everyone.

Don’t go here if you actually want a sandwich. They never have bread ready. Every time we go, they are out. This time we called an hour ahead to make sure they would have some which they did not but said it would be ready in an hr. So with a sick kid and sick wife at home, an hr later I drove to the store. When I showed up an hour later as I was instructed by the employee said apparently the bread had 45 minutes left even though it looked perfectly done. I live 5 minutes down the road from this location and I’ll never be back. I will drive the extra 10 miles to go to the next subway if we want it because they’re always ready. Definitely needs new management. This is a 5 yr long issue.

Great service! I had mentioned to they lady I had a wisdom tooth recently pulled and asked what the softest bread was… she was so nice she even cut up the tomatoes and fixings real small to make it easier to chew! Great customer service! Will pop back by again! Thank you!

Called in my order because it was hot and I didn’t want to leave my dog in the car. I told them that was why I called in my order. They said the sandwich would be done in ten minutes. I went in after twenty minutes just to make sure it was done. There was no one waiting so I walked up to the register and was told that they were too busy to make my sandwich. I said okay please make it I will be back in twenty minutes. I moved my RV under a gas pump to give my dog shade. Thirty minutes later I paid for my sandwich. There was no avocado on it nor the fresh mozzarella that comes on that sandwich. Overcharged and employees were rude.

Excellent service!!! The staff were super friendly. I ordered a Subway Club Salad, and it was prepared exactly as I ordered it. I didn’t have to repeat myself even once. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway and I will definitely be going back.
