Reviews
Service: About what you expect, it’s small and not too crowded when I got here, I had been taken care of by the employees, they seem nice, I hope they are doing well still, but whatever needs to be done on your sandwich, they’ll get yer done.
Atmosphere: Like I said, it is small but not too big, subway has always tried to make their interior look “clean” and “simple” along with their color scheme but hey I’m diggin’ it.
Food: My personal favorite sub was the “Italian BMT” until they changed their name to “Ultimate BMT” and I saw they changed up a lot of food options so no big deal, tasted like a dream. Also, they have footlong pretzels? Churros? Cookies? Wow, they are creative, but I will tell you the footlong cookie has a lot of calories which could legit feed a whole family. You ain’t feel like eating much? There are chips for those lovers too.
I’ll start by saying, this is the last and final time I will give that location a chance. I’m a second chance kind of guy. But this time it is over. Every single time I’ve gotten a sandwich at this store, which has only been a handful of times because it’s convenient to my home location, there is always something wrong with the order… missing ingredients, old ingredients, incorrect ingredients, or just barely any at all.
I’ve been a patron of subway all over the US for the better part of 30 years and this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST location I’ve ever been to… from the way the food is made, to the old veggies, to the staff just being rude and unfriendly.
Well today was the last time I will go to this location. And I also sent corporate quite the review to investigate it because if I was an exec at subway, that location would be shut down immediately.
So I’ll tell you about my experience today. Subway is running a special of BOGO on footlongs. Wow?! So I thought I would partake and give this store one more chance. I order my usual, an all American club with the fixings of my choice. I order my family another one that’s rotisserie chicken as they wanted to try it.
I fight the traffic from the event going on at the racetrack that separates my house from this restaurant on my only off day so I could enjoy a nice subway sandwich, only to get home from fighting the traffic again, to open it up and it be the most abysmal “sandwiches” I’ve ever seen in my life. The only thing that even remotely resembled what I ordered is the bread. I’ll attach photos. But as you can clearly see online, and because I order it all the time.
An all American club consists of ham, turkey and bacon with your choice of cheese and toppings.
When I opened mine I was greeted by only maybe 4 single slices of turkey for the whole foot long. Hardly any cheese. Barely any lettuce, wilted soggy rotting tomatoes. I had eaten 1 or 2 bites of one half and realized the tomatoes tasted off so that’s when I opened it up.
This is a 13 DOLLAR SANDWICH. And I got at best their “turkey sandwich” which is almost half the price.
So both sandwiches ended up in the garbage… the chicken one didn’t even have any cheese on it at all. And neither sandwich was toasted.
Now I’m out my money, my lunch, and I feel sick from the little bit of tomato I ate before I realized what was going on.
I’ll attach some photos.
I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.
