This is the best Subway ever. I been going there for 3 1/2 years so far. I’m originally from Florida. This location is very well managed. The employees like Brittany and Jayden are great and been there a while steady and responsible. I’m pleased by the quality too.

I go here pretty often I like it a lot for the most part. They’re pretty fast. The last couple of times I went in. I was not greeted which isn’t a big deal if they eventually acknowledge you to make a sandwich. Or they could at least let you know that they’ll be with you in a second. Something cause watching someone. Just sit there with their head down across from you. While you wait to get a sandwich ordered, it is. Quite the experience.
Last time I went in. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes until the staff came in through the entrance of the store like the front door and then kit proceeded to go to the back and make my sandwich so the last 2 times have not been the best but I still like it. It’s a great experience.

I tried calling for 10 minutes straight and nobody answered so i let my mom call and she had to call for five minutes before anyone answered when we were trying to void an order. After we finally got a hold of them 15 minutes later, they said they could not void the order because they had already made it but if they would’ve just answered the phone like they’re supposed to instead of hanging up like they did, my order would not have been made. They’re extremely rude, and have horrible customer service.

This location has come a long way in customer service and quality. My husband comes here often, and he is a picky person, so if he’s satisfied, then that is saying a lot. Of course it is expensive as everything is everywhere but it is worth it with all the different menu options and polite staff. Download the app for rewards!

They were very busy and only two people working. They had it together even with a line there not much of a wait. We got through so fast and everything was great. I was impressed with this store. The only downside was that the dining area was messy no clean tables. I understand that this is due to the busyness.

Ordered online and had been told several occasions by a nice older subway worker that since it was paid online I didn’t have to wait for the line and she always would just give me my order. However this time I did the same thing and this chubbier lady told me that I had to wait in line, I explained to her that I had already paid for it, and my order was right behind her. She gave me an attitude and told me that I still had to wait in line. I waited and once it was my turn she just grabbed the subway that was already done and paid for and gave it to me rudely. I would not have minded waited since it was only one lady in front of me, even though I didn’t have to, it was more her attitude.

I used to eat there 2 or 3 times a week……..NO more! The past few times the person behind the counter was not properly trained. Last night the young lady behind the counter was more worried about playing on her phone than helping customers and doing her job. She didnt listen to what I was ordering and had to ask over and over. She put one single slice of ham on my sandwich when I ask for double meat. I will not go back for awhile especially if I see that girl behind the counter. I shouldn’t have to tell her how to do her job.
