Service was good as usual but something with the food or in the kitchen wasn’t clean. I ate there on 11/14/24. A few hours later I was extremely sick with food poisoning. They might want to take a day and clean the kitchen and food areas extremely well.

Whatever 2 girl work the last shift need to be fired. Y’all aren’t supposed to close till 9 and they had the doors locked at 745 watching customers come to the door and do nothing while sneaking out the back to little ceasers. They need to be fired or learn to actually do their job

Poor service. Store was closing early due to the night person calling off. Went in store 15 minutes before they closed. The person preparing my sandwiches had no clue on which meat was what. I asked for ham, and she grabbed the roast beef. Also, I have the subway app on my phone, but no one including the manager knew why I didn’t get my points when I scanned my card. They did not care either. The person who rang me out said well I don’t know why, and just walked off. I asked for the manager, and asked do you at least have the number I can call to have my points added, and she didn’t. All she could say was we just got the app here. There should be some some consistently between the stores regardless of the state you go to. Glad I don’t live here.

I’ve been here three times in the past 2 years. The other 2 times were satisfactory, nothing to write home about. Tonight I was craving a sub and saw on Google Maps that this location closes at 9pm. Got there at 7:30pm. Closed. After reading other reviews this seems to be a regular thing, closing earlier than posted. I’m just gonna buy my own bread and deli meat from now on, this place is too inconsistent.

I came by about 7 o’clock and the door was locked. I noticed two young ladies making some subs, both of them ran to the back to hide from me. I decided to call see if I can speak to a manager but nothing voicemail is full. This is not the first time that I’ve seen this or heard of this. Whoever the manager is fix this. If they want our business here in Calera they need to fix this or just take our business elsewhere. So many choices here in the beautiful Calera area.

Very disappointed at the fact these girls take no pride in doing their job..throwing everything in the center of the bread does not make it a sandwich…now I have to go back and spread it out, being a former manager of such place makes me furious. Perfect for starting out, but take pride in your job! Don’t make sloppy sandwiches.

They do not adhere to posted store hours. They close whenever they feel like it. The employees just stand behind the counter and look at you while you pull on the locked door & look at the posted hours in confusion. It’s a lil hilarious if you’re not really hungry.

This is the CLEANEST SUBWAY I’ve ever been in , spotless !!!! The young lady that waited on us was so friendly , clean and busy cleaning & prepping the whole time we were there …our sandwich was awesome !! Service is great store is clean, food is delicious. I put 2 stars to try and get someone’s attention to fix the scanner it’s not worked in probably 6 months and I’ve missed thousands of points and rewards we come here 3-4 days a week and I’ve been told it’s been reported so upper management this is for you…come by…fix it…for the love of god
