Ordered online. Food was ready & warm when the app said it would be. I ordered the American club. It was a solid 8.9/10. Delicious sandwich. My family got the Philly, nephew rated a 8.5/10 – mom rated 10/10. Double chocolate chip cookies were 9/10 . White chips not as fresh but still tasty. Very pleased. A bit pricey but worth it.

Don’t bother ordering on the app. It’s faster to get in line and wait. Sitting here 20 minutes past when the app said my order would be ready and there is no indication that they have even started it. If I’d gotten in line when I arrived, I’d be out of here by now.

I just got a steak and mixed cheddar sandwich, it didn’t seem like there was hardly any meat on it, and not much cheese at all. It was so very dry, even though I got mayo and sweet onion teriyaki sauce.
Nothing like subway used to be. That was a waste of 13 dollars. Won’t go in there again.

We placed an online order 2 hours in advance. While in the car approximately 2 miles away, the store called me. I did not answer because I was so close. When I walked in, there were 2 employees, one behind the counter and one talking with a customer with a baby. The one speaking with the customer walked behind the counter and informed me that they did not have 3 of the 4 items I ordered. When I asked why I was allowed to order them online of they were out of stock, the lady (no nametag) said, “Well, I tried to call you three times.” (That is a lie. She called me once 3 minutes before I pulled in.) I called my family to see about alternatives, and they did not want substitutions. So, I asked the lady to refund the 3 items and I would just take the 1 sandwich. She responded that she could not refund an online order, so I might as well accept substitutions that my family did not want since I had already paid for the order. That is ridiculous! I took the substitutions and emailed Subway corporate. The lady proceeded to start fixing the sandwiches WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS after touching a baby and countless items on the counter. When I brought this to her attention, she rolled her eyes, let out an irritated sigh, and then washed her hands. It has been 3 weeks, and no response from corporate. This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and they were out of at least 1 item that we wanted. I will never visit this location again, and since the next closest location is 25+ miles from home, chances are SubWay lost my business for good.

This place always clean and has a great staff. Usually do online orders. Most of the time they 100% on it. Every once in awhile they miss lol. Yet I know folks are human. I definitely recommend this bunch and the place.

Depending on who is working depends on the mood in the restaurant. There have been times I went in and there were good employee’s making subs. They smile and are talkative. There are other times you walk in and can just look at the employees and feel the mood. They aren’t very talkative and make you feel your business there is putting them out. You can tell they aren’t happy to be there. It is luck of the draw.

Most of the time my order is filled close to what I ask for. However, they completely left of the rotisserie chicken and bacon on my protein bowl on my order today. Then, when I tried to call the store they would not pick up. This is not typical for Brent’s Subway. #disappointed

I ordered online,and I go to pick it up notice they didn’t put my chips in the bag so I grab a bag and walked out get back to work and notice they didn’t put my cookies in the bag either.If they do not put those in the bag along with her sandwich or whatever you order they need to let people know.

Went to get a wrap today. The counter was messy and dirty. We love the wraps but some of the employees don’t know how to make them or how much meat to put on them. I don’t know what has changed in the past year but they are consistently out of bread, meat or veggies. Very dissatisfied with this particular subway.
