Its a subway it tastes like other subways, but I have decided to stop shopping here until they pay their people more than $9.00 per hour… I will not contribute to your injustice… If you cant pay a living wage but you can pay shareholders and yourself, then we are done. The guy put the least amount of vegetables on my sandwich as I’ve ever seen it probably about a third of what is normal. Also they had all these signs everywhere about sandwiches being couponed. Which were just super confusing and I don’t know why they need so many signs about coupons.

The place looks like it’s a graveyard, hardly anyone there, which should have been a sign.
The place will not take meaning of the official Subway coupons.
Turning what was supposed to be a $17 meal into a $40 one.
The cashier was quite rude about it as well.

Ordered my food thru the app, paid for it, got here 20 minutes later to find the store was closed with a handwritten sign laying on the ground that said closed until 5pm…. There’s no way to request a refund.

I ordered sub. Was starving. They hardly put any thing on it. A couple slivers of lettuce, tomato and onions. The quality was awful and I thought, I will not be back. I really feel sorry for the place in Blountscille Alabama. I really don’t know how they are going to make it. The person working was nice. Fast food places and stores have really deteriorated. Quality has gone out the door.

Nice gentleman made my sandwich. Hos was fast & did a great job. I noticed that there was a couple ahead of me that had multiple orders & he was very patient with getting them together. All veggies were fresh & store was clean. Not exactly sure why tables were set up against the ordering station, except, perhaps, for COVID restrictions.

The girl behind the counter had a bad attitude the moment we walked in. She wouldn’t respond to anything that was asked aside from huffing. To show her displeasure for having to work, she put my salad directly on top of a hot pizza. Of course by the time we got home it was hot and wilted. Generally this location is great and I’m hoping that what happened today doesn’t become the norm.

They double charged me and refused to give me my money back even with me showing them where it was taken out twice. Owner was so hateful. Pay cash if you eat here this has happened twice( I work right beside it so it WAS convenient) I learned my lesson.

First time I ever stopped at this location on 2/19/2021. All previous reviews about skimping on meat and veggies are true. I even said something to the man making my sandwich asking for a more/proper amount of veggies and he just completely ignored me. I will never eat there again and will also tell everyone I know.
