I stopped in because My Blood sugar was dipping. I ordered a 6 inch Roastbeef Sub. When I mentioned My sugar was dipping, the person who took my order expressed agenuine concern. That Is something You don’t see much of amymore in the Business Community. The persons name was either, Rhonda or Rubie. It began with an R. I was feeling a bit fuzzy. Dipping Blood sugar Will do that. I can tell you, she walked up to the Table I sat at and asked me if I was starting to feel better? And if I need anything? And as I was eating, more people came in and, just as nice to them as shevwas to me. I Will be coming back for a Meatball Sub next.

Terrible experience walked in. Guy had to put his phone away and rolled eyes at me. I asked how long it would take to make a cookie and I was told a slick Remark then told only five seconds again with another eye roll. So I walked out in Northbridge was made thereafter. Service at the subway is usually pretty fair up until the past month or so.

Her customer service is top-tier, and she makes the whole visit feel welcoming. Employees like her make a real difference.

I have ordered on the mobile app consistently for a few months, as I am currently pregnant and this has been one of my cravings. I have had consistent issues with missing items and always leave my home to pick the missing items up. I understand that working in the food industry isn’t always easy, so I am very kind to the workers there when I go and I always suggest that they double check orders because it is extremely inconvenient for the clients. Each time, I normally receive an apologetic crew member and they seem to take what I say into account. Today, I went in for this same reason, a missing item in my delivery, and the crew member that I spoke to was very rude, cut me off when I was speaking and made me feel very unwelcome by her demeanor and response. I didn’t catch her name and I don’t want anyone fired, but please teach your team that customer service is top priority ESPECIALLY if they are kindly expressing a concern. Though I have had missing items multiple times in the past, today was the first time I received this treatment in store. I did not deserve how I was treated today and this experience has me very turned off by the idea of returning to this location. I apologize for my long post, but this experience was very disappointing.

Ordered online for pickup, only one employee and I think they may charge her for the meats on the subs, this is supposed to be a The great Garlic which doesn’t even come close to it, this is just sad, I wonder where they be getting these employees who don’t know how to make subs the correct way.

I use to think the place was one of the better subways around, but now they are voiding orders, and when the app tells you to call them, they hang up the phone after it rings twice, after the subway automation goes off.
