I just saw the sweetest interaction between this new worker I haven’t seen before!! This young lady helped this sweet customer walk to his car with his food, she didn’t hesitate and jumped into action! I love when I see the employees at this location because they’re always so genuine. The world needs this right now. The other workers told me her name is Allison. Go Allison! There was a gentleman behind the counter who had the most amazing customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Ive been in the service industry for a long time and he was a pleasant surprise. I do not know his name, but he had locs in 2 ponytails and many piercings. He was delightful to talk too and he carefully put together our order. He was always smiling and very warm!! Will definitely be back because of him. His birthday is tomorrow so Happy early birthday!!!

I was trying to do an order online using a coupon but the system didn’t work. I went to the Subway store in Poinciana and I talked with Shanice and she helped me very kindly. I was mad because I couldn’t make my order online but thanks to her I was able to place my order, and she validated the coupon in the store. I was amazed to find a single thick piece of ham, approximately 1/4-1/2 inch thick. This ham resembled more of a ham steak than the thin, deli-style slices which is really off putting. This was an online order so for any one order online definitely check your food out before leaving
