Would rate 0 if I could. I got doordash and Matthew replaced my 2 totes of cookies with 2 bags of chips. He didn’t call. He didn’t ask the driver to ask me. He didn’t put a receipt on the bag. He didn’t give me a fork for the salad I bought. Absolutely horrible. I work 2 jobs concerning food and customer service. This is absurd. I’d never do this to a customer, even for a door dash order. I will absolutely be in contact with the store manager in the morning and corporate. This is not the kind of service or attitude you show to a guest.

Edit: I talked to the morning manager and she is fixing it for me. I’m still raising the situation up because Matthew gave off the feeling with his responses that he would not be in any kind of trouble for this situation and that should not be the case here. Thank you to the nice manager in the morning for fixing this.

This location closes the lobby at 10 but says the drive thru is open until 10:30. I show up with my date at 9:55. Lobby door is locked. No biggie it’s almost drive thru only time, I completely understand. I waste my time ordering my food and my dates food in the drive thru touch screen only to pull up to the window and have the worker say “hey man I’ve already put everything away, I’ve put all the food up” and when I said “it’s only 10:05 you guys close at 10:30pm” he says “yeah we close at 10:30 that means I’m clocked out at 10:30 so I get everything done before close. I mean like, I guess I can bring the food back out but I’ve already put everything away man”. I feel sympathy for fast food workers and I know cleaning restaurants isn’t fun so I didn’t make him bring the food back out but I did express my disappointment that the sign says open until 10:30 and I show up 30 mins before close and have to deal with this. If I pulled up at 10:25 I’d understand and not make a deal out of it. But 30 mins before close??? Definitely not cool. I get cleaning restaurants takes time but from what I understand when a business has their open sign lit (like it was when I showed up) that means I can receive service, not deal with “I mean I guess I can pull it all back out”

Tuna sub was pretty good! customer service was alittle dry and employee had an AirPod in ear. Was giving us half their attention, restroom and lobby trash slap full at 11:45 am on a Sunday. Pretty sure that means Saturday closers didn’t take trash out. I’m not nit picking, I just manage a local restaurant and expectations are high. Hope this helps!
