recently bought a footlong roast beef sandwich, and I was completely disappointed. The sandwich came with only two very thin slices of roast beef, and the rest was basically just bread. It was nothing like what I expected or what the pictures show.
Feeling frustrated, I went back to the store to ask about it. The staff member told me that it’s their official policy to only put two slices of roast beef in a footlong. I even showed him my sub and how empty the sandwich looked and asked him to compare it to the pictures on the menu, and he simply said, “The pictures aren’t the reality.”
I honestly can’t believe a sandwich called “roast beef” could have so little actual meat. It felt misleading and like a waste of money. I won’t be ordering that again, and I’d recommend others avoid it unless the store changes their portioning. Definitely not what I expected from a place that promotes fresh and full sandwiches.

Waiting 55min to be served and over an 1hr to get my sandwich is unacceptable.
Im not blaming the guy making the sandwich but im also not going accepted this delay because they (Subway / franchiser) have 1 person serving all night.

Ordered on the subway app and that was probably a mistake when you cannot watch them make your sandwiches. Missed items on the sandwich that was ordered on app. Weak on the meat, sauces and vegetables. Not worth the $10.99 per sandwich at least at this location. Will not return to this location and hoping for a refund or credit on subway app.

Placed a mobile order on the app and received three sandwiches without meat and no sauces. None of the customizations were honored and each sandwich was dry and tasteless. Just tasted like raw onion and lettuce. I specifically ordered three Subway Series sandwiches and all were missing the double cheese. What a scam.
And to add, the owner thought we were stealing the order despite us calling to make sure the order was ready in advance AND showing my name on the app.

Worst experience ever! The sandwich maker was horrible! She put way too much salt and pepper, and sauces. It tasted so salty that I couldn’t eat the sub completely. I wasted my time and money. She shouldn’t even be allowed to prepare subs by herself. She definitely needs more training. I wouldn’t go there if I were you. I’m definitely not going there again in my life.

Very clean and nice subway. Everything is in place and bright, except for the bathroom. It is a pity that the bathroom is not as clean as the Restaurant. But the service and everything else was just perfect .

It’s a subway! Not really much to add there. Service is a hit or miss, the food is a bit more consistent but not by much and it can get lonely with most times being empty. Just an average to below average subway.
