My family came into the Subway on W. Irlo Bronson for lunch today. Cody was working alone at the time and was absolutely killing it. He had a group of 3 guys ordering and then two big orders and still managed to get our mobile order ready on time. He greeted everyone who came through the door, was professional and had a great attitude. We appreciated the great customer service!

This was our first visit to this Subway and I must say, we were very impressed. The restaurant was very clean and the two gentlemen behind the counter were really friendly and engaging. They took our orders and got our food to us in no time at all. The food was really good, hot and fresh. We highly recommend this SUBWAY!

Came in with a good 25 minutes before closing just to be told that they are running low on product(with a fully stocked line) and closed(while he was making orders). Very unprofessional. I have never worked at a restaurant that closes early if anything we stay open later for those last minute guests. Lazy employees.

Easy to find right off US 192.
Tried the NEW Deli Heroes sub Titan turkey. It was very nice and tasty.
Ample seating, quiet atmosphere, simple and clean interior.
Manager Cody was excellent.
Good location in mall that is currently undergoing a facelift.
Be careful when parking nearby to avoid mishap.

It’s Subway. Area is under construction, so parking is more difficult than usual. Order placed online but we watch it be made. Everything was fresh and as expected. We were not greeted upon entering or exiting.

I ordered two subs for pick up & I even bring up the receipt to grab them, I go in & Evan says someone already Picked them up. I’m like how can that be if it’s my order and I am here with my receipt & it isn’t even marked as picked up. He says he doesn’t know what to tell me and shrugs. Then finally agrees to make them again. He is angrily putting everything together, doesn’t toast it doesn’t put any veggies just chicken and cheese , I’m shocked just staring at him. I had a fine time ordering at this subway up until today. Because of Evan.

So Close Yet So Far
Pleasantly surprised to find great staff and good food at reasonable prices around 8-9 pm. They don’t sell soup, but the service rep kindly recommended other few places that serve soup. If I visit Orlando again, then I’ll definitely visit this Subway location!
