First of all, the lady preparing the sandwiches was alone during peak/rush hour/ lunch time. It shloud be better schedule their breaks to be available during high demand customer flow. Secondly, I cannot believe that the manager is taking most of the tips that you leave while paying with card. Shame on the GM. I think that is why this particular location got bad reviews as you can see below. Subway Corporation, time to take necessary actions to boost this location back to their glory days!!

I am not shocked when reading the other reviews its exactly my experience. What i am shocked about is that they date back to over 4yrs ago. I cant believe it has not been corrected.
Here is my experience today:
I have not been to subways in years. Either way I am pretty sure this is not the way corporate would want this location to be handled. The two staff members on shift were unprofessional and barely doing their job. For starters they do not acknowledge you standing right in front of them. I found myself Placing an order in between them chatting away with other people on the side lines who by the time I got to the register turned out to be one of the girls boyfriend. The other lady’s boyfriend was sitting at the table right when you walk in and instead of focusing on the register she was having a conversation with him too. If you think that’s not bad enough I paid $40 for sandwiches that have 3 slices of ham and lettuce with tomato not to mention I said light mayo and it’s full of mayonnaise. So if u want a expensive slice of bread with mayonnaise subways is for you. I will definitely not be returning.

Haven’t been to Subway in a while but take a look, there sandwiches/subs have definitely gotten SMALLER. And this location doesn’t give Military Discounts or Senior. Last time i go here. See the picture and you make your own decisions about the location.

As an essential worker I am completely exhausted and hungry. I’m also pescatarian and try to eat healthy. They had a limited choice so I decided to get the salad since the wraps were not on the menu. I paid $7 for this…..so I asked the lady at the register why a salad costs more than their subs being that it was half the meat. Mind you the customer ahead of me ordered a tuna sub given 3x the meat than my salad bowl. As the lady who was making sandwiches began to explain the lady at the register cut her off by stating she did not have to explain herself. That was completely rude because I was curious to know. I did not come off rude or anything she took my money but kept my receipt. I was very upset how I was treated I did not come in making anybody’s lives difficult or being rude I only had a question. Def did not deserve that type of treatment.

Worst Subway I have ever been to!! When I came in, the man behind the counter slammed a tray down and mumbled “what kinda bread”. I barely even heard him. He didn’t even look at me, no smile or pleasant disposition whatsoever. He looked so angry. I had to ask: “I’m sorry, are u mad?” I almost left because of how angry and unpleasant he looked.
After we ordered our bread and sub types, a lady came over and started with the toppings. Again, no smile or pleasant disposition whatsoever! She looked so mean! I was scared to say the wrong thing! Then when we got our soda from the refrigerator, after sitting down to eat, realized all the sodas were expired!! Horrible experience. I will NOT be back to this location ever! I lost my appetite.

If you want your wrap warmed up or toasted go to a different Subway. They won’t do it there even if you ask for it. The owner determines what you want. They do toast it at 2370 E Irlo Bronson Memorial. You get what you want there.

Closed at 7pm on a Friday…. let me guess staffing.
Since my last review they have hired more responsible employees. Chris is a hustler and keeps the line flowing. He also works another full time job and still puts in 20-30 hours with subway. Several of the Hispanic girls in the afternoon are also awesome. About a month ago Chris had a maniac in the store who took off all of his garments….yuck. Chris remained calm and escorted the current customers out of the store and call 911. Kissimmee Police arrived quickly and determined that the male was experiencing excited delirium, due to drugs. Anyhow KPD handled the issue and Chris was stuck cleaning the entire dining room. The male apparently broke pipes in the restroom and flooded the place.

Great service, great food! I just had the best subway sandwich ever!! The cashier was very nice, didn’t get her name, medium length black hair with blonde highlights in the back, tan skinned color, not sure if Hispanic or black, 5 stars for her! All done and Satisfied
