Shout out to Kiah!! She was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, I built my own and she did everything amazing and made sure to ask if it was good after every topping. She was working hard even on New Year’s Day. Sandwich is marvelous I recommend this location. It’s also very clean and well kept in the restaurant.

Order the new protein pocket Baja chicken, I was told that there will only be two pieces of jalapeno per wrap. I think for $4 you can include more than two pieces. Would much rather spend my money at Publix for a better quantity and quality of a food.

Yesterday, lunchtime, no respect for the customer’s time, the smaller spanish lady, takes her time transfering bread in the oven then disappears in the back while she ignores two working patiently waiting customers. She never even spoke a word to them and They both ended up walking out. Subway needs to teach customer service, and food education, the no meat eaters do not want the meat gloves – that you refuse to change – on there food, its bigger then the sandwich. Ill never return.

I’m rating this Subway location 5 stars down the board for one reason and one reason only, and that’s Henry. I thank God when I walk in and see Henry is working, not only does he have spectacular customer service, great attitude, and positive presence, but he’s also the only employee I can count on to make my sandwich right. I know I’m getting the value of my sub when he’s making it.

Ever since their remodel, I have loved coming here, the food is great and the staff is very nice! except tonight I went to use the women’s restroom before leaving and noticed what looks like black mold all over the walls behind the toilet and white stuff stained on the wall Trim, and there was a weird smell in the bathroom so concerned for my health I tried to hold my breath while I was in there because I don’t want to breathe black mold. There was also toilet paper on the floor, the trash can was overflowing, and an ant crawling on the toilet seat so I didn’t even want to use the bathroom. I just washed my hands and left. If you want to come here for food, I recommend it, the food and atmosphere is great. Just please do yourself a favor and use Publix’s clean Restrooms.

Do not order over the app. Go in the store. We used to order on the app, and the subs are not as good as going in the store. Last night I ordered 2 subs using the app. When I got home with the subs, my husband’s was correct. However, mine was not. I ordered a BMT on flatbread with all the fixings. What I got was a chicken teriyaki (I think) on wheat bread (yuck) with very little lettuce and tomato. I tried calling the store last night, no answer. I tried calling the store today, no answer. Very poor customer service.

Not exaggerating but every time my son and I come to this subway, we always have a great experience. And we go there a lot. All of the employees are super nice and friendly. The food is always amazing and fresh. Every time we come there, we always end up leaving with a smile. Highly recommend.

The store doesn’t answer the phone. Tried to call them to cancel the order before they made it because I ordered to the wrong restaurant, but every time I call it rings for 2 minutes then the call ends. This is not a one time thing. It happens every time at this Subway.

5-Star Experience with One Employee (Evan).

I visited this Subway location recently, and my experience was a tale of two extremes. The first employee I encountered was absolutely magnificent. Evan greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to listen carefully to my order, and was incredibly attentive to the details. He was fast, clean, professional and pleasant throughout the entire interaction. His customer service skills were top-notch, and he genuinely seemed to care about making my experience great. Also, he was the only one wearing his name.

Unfortunately, my experience with the second and third employee was the complete opposite. this employees seemed lost and uninterested. I felt like my order was more of a nuisance than a customer transaction. There was little to no engagement.
While I was thrilled with the service from the first employee, I hope the entire staff can aim to meet the same standard. Overall, a mixed experience but with clear potential for improvement. Thank you to Evan the employee who went above and beyond!

It’s incredible how skimpy the sandwiches are made at this location when they are ordered to-go or via uber eats for example. They know they can’t skimp you when you’re watching it being made, but boy will they do it for deliveries. I continue to give them a chance and thought maybe I had bad luck the first couple of times I ordered. Nope, I was wrong again. They make these sandwiches as though the ingredients being used are coming from their own personal kitchens. How is it possible that my Titan Turkey (supposedly 33% more meat + 2x cheese) has LESS of BOTH than your standard turkey sub?? Make it make sense. I spent MORE for LESS! Don’t even get me started on the pure lack of veggies used as well. Don’t think for a second I’m going to pay for extra meat or cheese to receive the portion I should already be given. Next time I want a bread sandwich with very little meat/cheese and no veggies to go with it, I’ll be sure to order from here.
