Ordered an oven roasted turkey footlong online. It was to have American cheese, pickles, and extra mayo. When I went to pick it up it was improperly made with lettuce tomato and onion which I’m allergic to. He told me he’d pick all the toppings off of it. “No thanks”, I said , and the woman in front of me agreed they needed to make me a new sub, the one I ordered with only pickles. This Subway is my go-to spot for a quick and fresh meal! This location is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The ingredients are fresh, and I appreciate how customizable the menu is. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic Italian BMT or trying something new, the sandwiches are always delicious. The bread is soft and fresh, and they always load up the veggies just the way I like. It’s perfect for a lunch on the go or a casual dinner. Definitely recommend this Subway for a consistently great experience

I ordered in the app right outside the restaurant and I walked in immediately and Crystal was already preparing the sandwiches. I told her I have dietary restrictions and the app didn’t give me the option to special order. She did not stop to listen to me and was putting what it said instead of what I was telling her. She said she was the manager but if she was, she was not a very good one. I will never go back to that Subway!!!

Stale bread, rude staff. If this was the first subway I had ever visited, it would be the last. They should be de-franchised for tarnishing the brand with their stale bread. The bread is supposed to be fresh every day. If you can’t control how much you bake with better accuracy, the food cost is your problem not mine. Throw out the stale bread. Don’t be cheap.

I love subway and I love the ladies that work here. They’re always fantastic. They make great sandwiches and they’re always welcoming, efficient and quick. They also gave me a great tip that I use every time now. If you get your sandwich toasted, make sure you have them add garlic aioli before they toast it. Trust me, it will change your life.
However, the guy that works there is far from amazing like his coworkers. He has the worst attitude and takes his hate for his job out on the customers. He rushes through making sandwiches, and his work shows that he doesn’t care. You ask for pickles, he puts like 5 pickles on the sandwich. On top of that, he man handles the sandwiches. Every time I get a sandwich when he’s working, it’s sloppy, has barely any toppings; even when I ask for extra, and he squishes the sandwiches when he rolls them in the paper. It’s like he’s trying to make that sandwich as small and tightly wrapped as possible.
In addition to that, hes not very knowledgeable about the points program. I had $2 off in rewards today and wasn’t able to use it because he said it “wasn’t working.” He then told me I could scan the barcode on my receipt to get my points, but when I went to go do that i noticed there was nowhere to scan it in the app. That’s because the barcode isn’t for points, it’s to join the rewards program. It says it right on the bottom.
I get working at subway isn’t a career and probably isn’t the most fulfilling job in the world, but dont take it out on the people who contribute to your livelihood. Please just care a little more, and you’ll do great.

It was “okay,” nothing to brag about for sure! Two employee’s there, only one working, the other just standing around talking on the phone. The one working seemed iritated that we were there. This Subway store doesn’t honor any military discounts. (Unlike some others) I prefer to shop where the employee’s care about their customers. And also where military discounts are given. For “repeat customers”…show a little kindness, it goes a long way! The food wasn’t that great either!
