The lady making my sandwich had to be higher than a kite. From start to finish it took 15 minutes for one club sandwich. flys all over but they were less than usual. Only writing this because I was so patient with the lady but I paid $12 and I’m scared to eat it

Every time I order there is always something wrong. Wrong bread, added peppers, not enough tomatoes or parm or dressing. I ordered through the app and wanted Italian herb, more tomatoes more onions and more olives. Got Italian bread with three super small and partially green tomatoes. WTH, Subway! Do better.

My sister and I went there around 9:40 p.m.. We felt very welcomed by Sara Lee Is the name of the employee who was on duty. I felt Like she was very personable and made me the best subway sandwich than I’ve had in a very long time. We did not feel rushed to dine in as they were very close to closing time. Thank you Sarah Lee. You rock!

Just got the rudest service from this guy in subway. Came in with my four godchildren and family ordered 7 meals and we all got treated like third world country vagrants and totally unwanted. I will not come here again……….ever.

My family often frequents this location, thanks to its convenient proximity to our home. Today we stopped in for dinner, and there were two employees. The female working had her mask pulled down to her top lip and was assisting another customer without gloves when my family approached the line. She did not wash her hands, but did step up to put gloves on to help her gentleman coworker begin our sandwiches. I said “ma’am, if you are going to be preparing our sandwiches, could you please put your mask on properly?” She immediately snapped back with a scoffed “no.” The gentleman working with her turned to her and said “above your nose.” She responded with “I know, but… ugh” and walked away. I’m appalled that in the middle of a pandemic and a family with two children in front of her working in a food industry, that she was so lax and generally rude about it. I will unapologetically always ask that food service workers uphold a standard of sanitation and current CDC recommended practices to stop the spread, especially when there are children concerned. What she didn’t know is that my husband is also immune compromised and those small actions could bear a significant penalty if guidelines aren’t adhered to for the safety of their patrons and themselves. I would like to extend a big thank you to the gentleman working tonight, as his presence diffused the situation and his own commitment to making sure his hands were washed, gloves and his mask was on properly eased the minds of me and my family and the only reason we chose to continue to order. As for the woman, I hope this issue is addressed promptly for the health and safety of all your patrons.

We placed order online n when picked up both sandwiches were completely wrong. We paid extra for double protien on each sandwich which we did not get a drink which the cashier said we didnt order. Althought the drink appears on the reciept in 2 places clearly. When i called after noticing all the mistakes the girl nicole said there was nothing she could do because i pre paid with a credit card. I just wanted them remake correctly n my drink i did order n pay for. Worst customer service from the employees i have had.the mistake besides being dissapointing to eat cost $10.00 in items i did not recieve….

This is a pretty good Subway. I have never had any issues here. All the employees are really nice. I really like the tall skinny guy with long hair that closes, he really knows how to make a good sandwich. The only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes the veggies look a little bad and wilty.

My boyfriend and I just got food here. The employees were pulling us left and right trying to get us to pay and asking us what we wanted at the same time. Kinda irritating when you just get there and you feel like you’re being rushed out. I mean there’s fast service and then there’s making the customer feel rushed. After leaving to go home and opening up the sandwiches they were so saturated in the sweet onion sauce that you almost had to eat it with a fork.
