The customer service at this location is unacceptable. I do not have high or unreasonable expectations for service workers or restaurant owners, but I do expect the bare minimum: a simple acknowledgment when I walk through the door. Despite making eye contact with the employee behind the counter, there was no greeting, no “hello,” no “welcome,” not even a “one moment, please.” Nothing.
Instead, the employee continued working on an Uber order directly in front of us without offering any acknowledgment whatsoever. Completing online orders is understandable, but ignoring customers standing in your establishment is not.
Because of this poor and unprofessional experience, we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. We ended up at the San Miguel Mexican Restaurant a few doors down and had a significantly better experience. I would recommend going there instead.

Absolutely ridiculous. Paid $35 for 2 foot long with double meat and I got a skimpy sandwich with more bread than anything else. I’m genuinely mad. How are y’all going to make people pay full price but don’t give the double meat or even the proper cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.

The 2 girls working were excellent. Service was great sub was made with care and properly not to mention this thing is fat boy certified nice big and amazing found my new spot haven’t been to a Subway in years but I now plan to visit and grab a sweet onion chicken teriyaki far more often. A month or two ago they refused to refund me a drink even though they knew the machine was down. Today they misled me and managed to take extra money from me, but they won’t admit to it. Eat and pay at your own risk!

I went in and right away the guy was sweeping and looked upset that I walked in while he was sweeping. it would be nice if he learned a lil customer service. I usually like coming here the Indian lady and the other lady are super nice but this guy just seemed to be having a bad day or something. when I paid another customer walked in and the guy muttered something under his breath like he was upset again. Hopefully you guys hire more personable people in the future because he’s not very friendly. I never write posts about places. but his whole attitude is what made me do it
