The food was great. Fresh cold cuts on my wife’s sub and fresh meatballs on mine. Both tasted great. It was the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been in. Most importantly, our subs were made by the most pleasant employee I’ve encountered in a long time at any business.

If I could give 0 stars I would the guy was rude I think his name was jay and he did a horrible job making the sandwiches. He completely overloaded my sandwich with sauce. I live 10 minutes away from this subway by the time I got home my sandwich was soggy and fell apart. He had no enthusiasm making our food at all I will not be back at this location.

The staff today needs some real training not only did they not change gloves when making multiple orders they don’t listen when the customer is speaking to them and puts what they want on your sandwich. Customer service at the register was rude and bluntly disrespectful over change for a certain dollar amount they are not allowed to accept by the company. The girl at the counter needs to be educated/ trained on speaking to customers and explaining policies of this establishment. Signs should be posted at the counter if the company doesn’t accept certain domination of cash. Certainly lost my family as a customer at this location.

So after ordering from the shop I watched the sandwich maker make the sandwich it was tossed together tossed into the bag no acknowledgment to what sandwich was being made after going through the sandwiches highly recommend new training

Visited tonight with my husband for a quick dinner. Well quick was not the case. Mot sure if the kid that made our stuff was new or not. He was incredibly slow and possibly confused with the sandwich building process. Not to mentioned he burned the bacon. This was very disappointing from our last visit.

Placed an order on the mobile App to get delivered to my job. The bread was not supposed to be toasted, The bread was toasted, burnt and hard. If I wanted to eat something burnt, I would eat charcoal briquettes. I wanted the grilled chicken hot and every other Subway I go to heat it up in the microwave or oven, NOT this place. My order on the app said that I did NOT want the bread toasted but to heat up the chicken because about 2 weeks ago when I placed the order, The chicken was ice cold. Someone has NO clue how to heat up chicken. This location is very convenient for me as it is close to my job but since people at this location has NO idea how to do their job, Im pretty sure I wont be going here. I will now limit my Subway visits to the one closer to my home. This location needs to be restaffed. I give the Atmosphere 3 stars because I have never been inside the establishment. Maybe I am being too generous. I have been a Subway customer for a very long time and I have never has service this terrible. Time for a staff change.

We placed an order tonight (sunday) to pick up and I sent my son in to get it.He comes back to the car and tells me the girl was rude to him and he wanted to go back in an speak to a manager so I let him. He asks for a manager an again she was rude and abrupt. He come back after speaking to a manager and felt better.
Well now we get home i open take a bite out of my sandwich and there is hardly and Tuna on it, like extremely skimpy.. I order tuna all the time and it has never been like this, I felt like i was eating just bread. This was the second time this week we had been there , i guess with this kind of service we won’t be returning.
