02/10/2026: The guy who helped me make the sandwich. I was not impressed at all. He has gloves on to protect his hands. But he is not wearing anything to keep his beard from dropping any hair into the food he’s making.
As far as the 6” sub I got. This was the thinnest sandwich ever. I got tuna with lettuce, tomato, and black olives. When I asked to have mayonnaise put on it he put one strip and I said can I have it on both sides. He got an attitude with me and said you need to tell me that and then didn’t want to spread it. I had to ask for him to spread it. But the bread is touching because there is that little of contents in the sandwich.
02/11/2026 I ordered a salad. Bowl was barely full. Very stupid especially for paying $9.29 for the salad! I asked for extra shredded cheese and was told no because I didn’t pay for it. Well it wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t an option to order it on the app.
This location is a huge joke!!

The bearded man working behind the counter is about as pleasant as a rock. He acts like your inconvenience him. Didn’t ask what cheese, toppings you want. Went to this subway for first time. I’ll pick the others in springhill instead

Ridiculous amount of pepper dumped on my sandwich to the point I had to pull off the veggies and cheese. I even mentioned to the sandwich maker that I was looking to get something real plain cuz I had heartburn.
$14 for a sandwich and a water when I couldn’t even tolerate eating it is disappointing.

Ordered 2 foot long, BMT & Tuna…..the tuna was prepared with an obstructed view so when she procede to make the sandwich server has the meat view facing away from me when I asked her to turn it around so I can see how much tuna…she hesitate a second and then turn it to show me…..I notice that only small portion of tuna was visible…I asked my wife outloud “dont they have to put 4 scoops of tuna”…the lady said “yes and I did”..I told her to put 2 more scoops of tuna seems it do not look like enough and that I will pay for it. I told her I just wanted a bit of lettuce and onions….she put about 1tsp of onion and 1 tsp lettuce….NOT SPONSORING THIS SORRY PLACE NO MORE….☹

Pretty sure I have had more problems than great experiences here. There is ALWAYS new people here no one ever lasts , half the time they are not sure how to make a sandwich or take incredibly long while customers behind me are getting upset makes me wanna jump over the counter and finish the sandwiches so they can get to the next person. Also took almost 2 months for a refund they said they sent out and never did!! Had to go all the way to corporate.

Put in a mobile order for two footlongs,
Walked in said hello to the you lady, she didn’t even look up and acknowledge me,
I proceeded to say I’m here for a mobile pick up and still did not even get looked at.
She was finishing up the order, when she finished, not once did she look at me, but put the food on the counter and walked away.
Never once did she say anything or even look at me.
Then when we went to eat the hoagies the amount of salt that was put on the hoagie, might as well drank ocean water.
I called the store and of course there was no answer.
This subway needs to either get new people that know how to talk to people or retrain the ones they have or matter fact the girl that works there may 25th at 11:45 am.
