Tonight after shopping in Walmart I stopped at Subway on my way out of the store. The employee asked me how many sandwiches I wanted then she turned to the people who came in right after me and told them she could only do my sandwich as she was getting ready to close. Explained I had a coupon and would it be good with the sandwich I chose and she said yes. Ok started the sign listed the meat etc which I thought she would use then she asked if I wanted parmigiana cheese. She repeated the question and I said yes I did not realize she did not put the pro alone on the sandwich. After (2x was listed but did not get) she then tells me she has no lettuce by that time I said fine I would add my own at home. Placed my coupon on counter and handed her money and received change. Not correct. She did not use my coupon and she did not know how to correct or give me the proper change or even just return my money. I was not happy. Do you do any training? I would give you more info but I did not receive a receipt. I think in spite of coupons I will go to Publix across the street from now on.

The store manager in the location inside Walmart is a very reputable face for the place. I walked in line with about 8 people in front of me and 4 more walked up, she remained calm and steadfast worked diligently to serve everyone with a smile and that’s hard to find when it’s an over whelming environment for a busy lunch time. You go girl!!

By far the best sandwich made for me. I love how Lily put the sauces on first and then the lettuce and other ingredients. I have proof she made it with love. When I see hearts in my surroundings I know GOD is present and HE was def with her in making the best sandwich I got to try. I had a chicken bacon ranch and I was needy about my ingredients and she did it with a smile on her face and just very happy to be here even tho they are closing.

Since this has been under new management it’s been a much more positive experience every time, so I’m updating my review.
Mobile orders are always spot on and considering how busy a Wal-Mart location can get, the quality is always solid.
Just can’t resist when those BOGO deals show up. 🙂

Your lady employee is more worried about gossip with a Walmart employee than doing her job. She even stopped to duck down a bit next to register with the Walmart employee to spill the juicy gossip. Meanwhile all I want are two footlong sandwiches.
Even when I walked up she was leaning on counter talking to employee. Talked about 2-3 minutes before even starting the Walmart employee sandwich. She is sucks!!

Ordered a steak and cheese.. girl behind thr counter very nice but as I got my sandwich out of the bag in my car it wasn’t wrapped properly and the entire Contents of my sandwich ended up all over my lap and the rest in my newly cleaned car. No customers behind me so need to rush in wrapping sandwich.

Food was good,typical of subway fare. The service however I find myself torn between a very good sandwich maker and one who showed not a care in the world what our sandwiches looked like. Joseph was excellent with the customers and food presentation. Tina did not seem to care.

EVERY single time i order a sandwich from them (I order online) it is ALWAYS wrong. Seriously, HOW HARD IS IT TO READ DIRECTIONS!
1st time they forgot the guac that I paid EXTRA for 2nd they put everything I did NOT order on my sandwich 3rd time they forgot the guac AGAIN 4th time they did not toast it, put things i did not order on it 5th time is a repeat of the 4th. The manager is always very helpful with remaking the sandwiches but the female worker who usually is there during the week is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and when i explain the problem she goes “what do you want me to do, i made your sandwich right” OBVIOUSLY you did NOT otherwise i would NOT be calling. Take her back to elementary school and have her learn to follow instructions. Better yet, have a picture book on hand JUST for her. I am incredibly sick of CONSTANTLY having to have my sandwiches remade because the things I paid for have been forgotten or what i did not want was on my sandwiches. Train your staff better and teach them common manners when dealing with customers over the phone.
