I order here often using either Uber Eats or Online Ordering. I can’t even count how many things they have messed up my orders at this point. The people making the food just don’t read and don’t care enough to make sure the order is correct. They package cold drinks with hot products. Don’t order double meat or cheese because you wont get it. I honestly don’t know why I order here anymore. I keep thinking to myself that this order will be okay this time. Either order in person to avoid these issues or order somewhere else

The food is great and it’s always very clean and cool. but the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is I couldn’t get change for a $5 to give them a tip. There was like 15 one dollar bills in the tip jar and for some reason the girl couldn’t wrap her head around switching out my 5 for 5 one so I could tip them $2. I had to go to my truck to scrape up two bucks. I could have just left but I didn’t.

Definitely not open until 11pm. Arrived at 10:45 after trying to place order online for 15 mins and it wouldn’t go through. Would be nice if employees stayed open until posted business hours instead of ignoring customers at the door.

I will say this restaurant is always clean and the staff are attentive but someone has got to get the ordering of products figured out. Almost every night that I visit they are out of almost everything. Prep more, be prepared and customers will be happy.

Every time I come into the subway usually for only one or two sandwiches, there is two girls working and every time it’s very unwelcoming. Right when we walk in the door they will ask “are you you picking up a mobile order”

I know this place is new. However, service is really slow. One of the workers was in the bathroom for over 20 minutes while a crowd continued to grow. Poor new kid was frazzled, who was left alone to try and handle it. I finally went and knocked on the women’s bathroom door to get her out to help
