Honestly out of all the subways I’ve visited, this one is the best, they make their shit good and ask questions. I never ate here until I worked for Walmart and would often take my breaks here with my friends, I often drive here just for this subway. Staff is amazing all so nice and friendly not just to Walmart employees but everyone

This is the second time I have ordered from this location at about a 50 dollar order and I am appalled. The Cali (for the second time) did not include smashed avocado or sauce and this time on the wrong bread too. The first time I tried to correct this issue some arrogant man named Joe spoke down to my mother, a senior citizen, and told her to take up her complaints with Doordash. Last time I checked those folks don’t make the sandwiches, Joe. I didn’t even call in this time with how upset he got my mother and I on our last order. I’ll be using the subway across town, Publix, and Key West Subs for my future sandwich orders for myself and family.
Coming from previously running multiple fast food locations this service is beyond appalling. The management and most of the crew should be ashamed of themselves. Y’all are lucky your location doesn’t get turned into a KFC. I really hope corporate sees this one because we have one bodacious testimony for you. Good luck running a business when you don’t pay attention to tickets or treat your customers right. We don’t order out much and expect proper service when we do. Good day.

Ordered the Rotisserie Chicken footlong. Looked nothing like what is advertised on their menu under “sandwiches”. I could barely find the chicken. When I reviewed my experience, the reply was that they prepare their food in a welcoming environment which had nothing to do with my experience. Must have been an automated reply. I’ll find another Subway.

This subway is probably the best one I have ever been to! The place is clean, and staff are very friendly. The staff make excellent sandwiches and accommodate to your needs and requests! Speady and Angel are very helpful. Since they have changed owners about 2 years ago, the restaurant has only gotten better!

The young girl behind the counter was so rude and defensive. I ordered rotisserie chicken sandwich. I took one bite and it tasted fishier than my boyfriends tuna sandwich. I brought it back up to the counter and said that it tasted funny. The girl said I asked you if you wanted it hot. Unfortunately I did not know that the chicken needed to be heated to be edible ! At first she said she could heat it I said I’d prefer something else as the chicken was fishy. She just became very defensive saying that I can’t blame her for it and I needed to buy a new one. I then said find can you please heat it, she then refused to do what she had offered a minute prior. I was so in shock and there was a line forming so I just left the sandwich on the counter and left… I was approached as I left by a regular to the shop that advised how awful these kids are suggested I come back to speak to the managers who are there in the mornings. This girl was so rude and abrasive with no provocation… I may have been killing her high, hopefully she learns that before you can do your job high, you need to first be able to do your job period.

I frequently go to different subway stores 4-5 times a month and this establishment has to be the worse one from Englewood to Bonita Springs.i didn’t see any pride or respect when they was making my sub. The tuna was like water , they used the last 3 little tomato slices and a pinch of spinach. You all need to tighten up your ship and put some pride in your product.
