On 10.17.2025 I visited your location at 8919 U.S. 301, Parrish, FL 34219. I am a rewards, customer and visit he store at least twice a week. On this particular day, I entered the store and was the only one in the store and standing at the counter.The employee at the location was slicing meat.She finished slicing the meat and then came over to the counter and asked me what I wanted. I told her and then she got an online order. And started doing the online order before making my sandwich. After waiting fifteen minutes from the meat slicing and working on the online order she hadn’t started my sandwich or get the bread out to make my sandwich. When I ask her if she was going to make my sandwich, she told me that she had three online order and was doing them first. I told her I didn’t have time to wait. And to just cancel my order and was walking out. Her response was that she had to do the online orders first and that
She was the only one there. When I told her to cancel my order, her response was “for real” and I told her, I didn’t have time to wait. I had an appointment. I didn’t think it was a big issue since she hadn’t even started making my sandwich to begin with. Then, she told me to never come back. Which I would never talk to a customer that way. Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. I just wanted to make you aware of your employees’ conduct. I attached pictures of the employee and the location for you to review.

9-5-25 I have come to the subway in Parrish many times three times a week we ordered the same item, last week it was toasted and burnt. I let it go by, today it was toasted burnt and you could smell it in the store. I asked the young lady if she could make us another bread because it was burnt she said that’s the way they are when they’re toasted I explained to her that this is the second time she has burnt my sandwich. I asked her for a new bread. She told me no if I didn’t like it I could leave and never come back to the store. I think that is very unprofessional. The woman was a young heavyset with a nose full of earrings, thanks subway This is my last trip here.

Ordered 2 festive turkey subs, and tipped. Tasted terrible, bread was old, hardly any toppings, maybe 2 pieces of turkey, some wads of onion, some sauce. $25 plus for 2 very skimpy subs. By the way, Publix is right next door.

This store is in a state of disparity! I order here often and it’s common that the sandwich is a little wrong- no mayonnaise, not toasted etc.
Today at work I was unable to leave to get lunch and ordered via UBER- the sandwich was very wrong and I was missing my drink as well as chips. I called the store, and the TWO girls I spoke to, BOTH argued with me- told me the cookies were there too- (I never ordered any cookies and they were NOT in the bag). One asked me “What COLOR was your Uber driver?????” I will NOT be patronizing this particular store again!

I came to buy a sandwich for my employees, but the people serving and preparing the sandwiches aren’t friendly and don’t ask questions. They don’t care if you want a combo or not. They’re people who don’t care. Whether the sandwich was good or not, I won’t buy anything from this place again. Other places serve us well, but not this one. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place at 8919 Parrish US 301.

I understand when you hire minimum wage high schoolers you get what you get but come on….. stopped in and they made my sandwich while doing some cal in orders, toasted it then went back to online orders, 5 min later still standing there asking if they ca wrap it up to go I was told the online orders were first, I can wait….. well no actually I’m not, left with nothing and will not go back. Can’t fix Stupid as they say…..off to Publix next door for a Sub.

Ordered a spicy Italian/toasted the meat was so haphazardly added and of course the oven broken had to keep running it. And the staff laughed, and the meat was cold in the end. Just a horrid experience.the Training on customer service is so warrented. And find people that want to be there. These ladies did not.

I usually have the great experience at any Subway I have visited! Today I went to Subway in Parrish, Fl ad the line was at the door with 8-9 people waiting…because my favor Subway in Ellenton, Fl was closed down !?? I think the store in Parrish is so busy at 11:00-1:30pm because it’s the only Subway and everybody now that Ellenton has NO Subway! Staff is over worked with the amount of people.
