Rude customer service…
Placed an on-line order for 5 sandwiches. Sent a co-worker to pick up food and employees were making rude comments about how we ordered so much food and didn’t tip. However we did indeed tip 10% ($7.30) but apparently thst wasn’t enough apparently. Then when I called to speak to the store to ask about the comments I get put on hold and they never picked back up. Looks like im going to Fire House from now on. Thanks…

I was told if I didn’t order online, that it would be half hour wait. “Online orders are more important than people who walk in”.
The lady working was alone at lunch time. Seems a bad practice in my opinion. I guess just make sure you order before going or .. roll the dice if you’ll actually get served.

paid $19.68 to deliver a footlong and a coke, forgot to customize my sandwich to what i wanted. i tried calling the restaurant 4 times and they never picked up. my only hope is that the driver gets there before my order starts and tells them to call me at my number.

if the business owner gets this, please, increase the volume of the ringer, block numbers from robocalls, and answer the phone.

I had a pick up order and Sign and site says they are open and they were clearly inside and when they finally came to the door they just said cancel the order we aren’t open but clearly everything says they are so they need better customer service and correct the times.

The guy who works there (his name is Red) is completely miserable and makes the experience for the guests completely miserable. Save your energy and go to another Subway location.

I didn’t order for myself, the person that did eat the sandwich enjoyed it. There was one person working that day and was very courteous. Because of his demeanor we were all very patient while he took care of a very large order. He was able to carry on a conversation with us. He was professional as well.

The employee refused to serve me because my truck had broken down in the middle of the road. She insisted that I move the truck before receiving service, which was unprofessional. She even told me to call Subway and report her name, Yolanda. Since when are employees responsible for dealing with vehicles on the road? Her attitude was unnecessarily rude, as if seeing the truck was a personal offense. The behavior and reaction were unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I feel sorry for the franchise owner because I understand how difficult it is to find good employees these days.
