When we arrived at the store two male employees were busy socializing behind the counter. We were not acknowledged for 10 minutes as we stood at the counter as the only customers in the building. After placing my order for a personal pizza, he rolled his eyes and said we don’t have any and walked away without explanation.
Needless to say my children and I left to go to an alternative Subway at Vanderbilt and Collier Boulevard where we were promptly served without any hesitation.

Employee seemed bothered we came in at 8:48pm. The other employee was smiling at least he made up form what the other employee was slacking. What a great way to make a customer feel welcomed.

I am not sure what the one star was all about, but Jordan (the manager) was extremely friendly and sure makes a hell of a good sub!!! I would definitely recommend this subway, its clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service was fast.

Not pleased, I went there one day like at 1pm and there was a note that said closed at 12pm due to staff shortage and another day same thing except this time it said closed at 6pm for the same reason. It would be nice if there was some sort of note or public post notifying the public to this ahead of time!

This is literally the WORST subway I’ve ever been to… thought maybe I caught it on a bad day… nope!! Been 3-4 times and always had a negative experience!! Tried ordering online today for a curbside order… what a joke!! Not to mention this location doesn’t participate in ANY of their sales!!

Sign on door says open until 9 pm when you look it up online it says 9pm but I guess on Google they have it at 8. Showed up twice at 8 o clock to find out they were closed. Wouldn’t be so upsetting if the time on the door said 8pm.

DONT ORDER ONLINE!!! they always give you a different bread, they NEVER read the instructions and the sandwiches are always COLD when you ask for toasted!! You literally have to go inside& tell them word for word what you exactly want if not you’ll end up with a whole different order!
