I have NEVER been disappointed at this location. I have written off every subway in greensboro except this one. My food by some modern day miracle is always extremely fresh at this location. I always go through the drive through and the food is fast and delicious it’s so good I had to write a review! So good today lol! And you know with subway these days if you get a good sub it’s truly a miracle ! Will be back !

The food was great and Peter was such a warming worker. I originally called bc at a subway I got denied using a coupon and called this location that is 5 min away from my house, Peter answered the phone with such a calm and friendly demeanor. Told me to come here we will, so I did just that! Good food and great environment here

Literally just had one of the best subways sandwich’s I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been going to subways since before JARED went bad! My sandwichier Peter made my sandwich with perfection, layered the meats properly topped with the perfect amount of toppings and dressings with salt and pepper! The bacon was crispy crunchy which made a lasting impression on my tastes buds. Thank you Peter for making subway GREAT AGAIN you will be seeing my girlfriend and I on a weekly basis. Truly a great asset to this subway which I use to hate going to. Almost forgot, the bread was so fresh clearly baked that day which is very crucial to subways brand promise “always fresh “ which the other 8 subways around Naples never did and clearly they went under cause of that and many other things ….. Peter thank you for your culinary expertise and making a true subway sandwich the way I remembered as a kid .

Great sandwiches or other food that everyone might like to eat and drink, also buying snacks. 50% people like it toasted meaning heated up and 50% people don’t like it toasted on their sandwiches. Like a example of me: I like toasted with my sandwich of my BMT sandwich.

I am someone who goes there almost every week….. But today they just lost a costumer…… After a half day at work my mom and I decided to get something to eat at put closest subway location, I ordered a Italian herbs and cheese foot long with black forest ham, salami pepperoni cheese and ranch … My mom order an Italian herbs and cheese with black forest ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, onion and peppers….. All in all was around $35 … Which would have been fine if we hadn’t had to throw away the sandwiches after only a few bites because something was spoiled…… When I called the store I explained that something was spoiled and my guess was that it was the ham since the only thing both sandwiches had in them that was the same was the HAM…. The lady only the phone pretended not to understand what I was saying …. I had to explain the same thing a good 5 times only for her to tell me, “can you come into the store and explain?” to which I said no since I had already thrown out the sandwiches…. She said I would get a call back and I told her that would not be necessary but that it wasn’t okay to sell foods that were bad especially at the price thay were selling them at…. LIKE I SAID BEFORE… HAD WE EATEN THE SANDWICHES I WOULD BE OKAY… BUT WE TECHNICALLY O LY ATE 3 BITES AND HAD TO THROW THEM OUT…. That was like throwing all the $35 into the trash…. And that is money we work hard to have

I was given an attitude after I requested for them to remove the baloney due to my allergies, instead she looked at me like I was saying a joke, all while laughing and telling me she’s trying to understand what I was requesting. Very unprofessional. Totally lost my appetite and I will never return. I work hard for my money and I know how to treat my customers well and with respect.

Three times I’ve gone after opening time and guess what? The door is locked. Today as I was getting off my car the cashier was walking out and didnt say anything, when I go to open the door, is locked. I go up to her before she left she said “I’ll be right back, I’m sorry i need to get change” and this is not her fault but who ever manages this store is doing a very poor job. Get your stuff together before opening time! Come on. And dont waste your customer’s time by making us drive to you store for it to be close during opening hours.

They made each of the three sandwiches wrong. I ordered delivery. Each sandwich was a meal but they didn’t include the drinks. Nor did they include the 6 chocolate chip cookies I ordered. Then they didn’t answer their phone when I kept calling repeatedly for 30 minutes until I finally gave up.
