Until I stopped at this Punta Gorda Subway I didnt know how great a Subway could still be! We eat here whenever we travel from the East to West coast of Florida. It is extremely clean, the bread, meats, and fixings are fresh, counter and dining area are super clean, and the staff is always amazing! I’ve never seen more courteous, accommodating, and genuinely happy staff! Corporate Subway should use this store as it’s model for success! Thanks to the staff and management of this store.

Made the order online said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there with only 1 person in front of me and tell them I’m picking up an order. The lady says ”oh crap” they didn’t even start making it yet. Once they finally start, the ladies start asking each other if they know how to make a sandwich I ordered…. they didn’t know how to make it, they had to call someone who did not answer on how to make the sandwich. They tell me she should call back soon while I’m standing there now 20 minutes past when my food was suppose to be ready. I tell her to just add another 6inch spicy Italian sub because I can’t wait any longer. Now I get back and this is what the lady gave me….just bread with some pepperoni on it. Is this a joke or something? Horrible service…

Just want to tell you my experience. I walk in they greet me with a smile even if they are with another customer and making a sandwich. They let you know they will be with you if the line is long or short. They care about how your sandwich comes out. They make me want to come back because the customer service is on point and CHELSEA is 5 out of 5 stars, if I could I’d give her 10.
Remember the world is short staffed and when there is a line I’ve seen customers get snappy but they keep giving them a smile and great experience and other attitudes fall off their back. Give yourself and pat on the back if you work for this location!

Sign says “Make any wrap a Signature with double meat”. If you ask for a wrap with double meat 2 of the women will tell you they can’t do double meat on a wrap. Benn buying double meat wraps for 1 1/2 yrs at this shop. This pathetic “Signature double meat wrap” is what I ended up with. Won’t go back anymore!
