I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered the Italian protein pocket and was told I had to get it “as is,” which I was fine with. However, when I asked to substitute mayonnaise for the aioli sauce and add pickles, the employee refused.
This was a simple condiment/vegetable request, yet the employee was unwilling to accommodate it. The situation went back and forth unnecessarily, and ultimately my husband and I walked out without ordering—despite planning to purchase sandwiches for ourselves and our two children.
I understand menu guidelines, but refusing basic substitutions. This experience cost the store multiple sales, and I won’t be returning to this location. This happened on Tuesday January 13 around 6- 7:30 pm. The girl said her name was Chelsea and just absolutely refused to let me have mayonnaise on my order.

The absolute worst toxic customer service by the two girls working the late night shift tonight I’ve never experienced anything worse than this how could you not give simple greeting and gratitude to random customers and give attitude as soon as you greet them anyways the atmosphere is horrible I believed way more that a huge company would do a better job hiring people. I get it you’re working minimum wage late at night it could be rough but there is no excuse to be gossiping and laughing for someone simply ordering a sandwich it’s free to be respectful and let me remind you grown women cause you clearly weren’t raised the correct way. I genuinely hope the manager re-evaluates and does not tolerate how disrespectful those two women are.

Every time I get food from this location it’s always horrible. The bread is hard as a rock. I thought maybe it was a 1 time thing but the last 3 times doesn’t like. The stuff inside the bread was good and fresh so maybe if you ordered a salad it would be better. But I highly recommend to stay away from the bread.

The two women working the night shift were extremely rude and completely unprofessional. They don’t listen to basic instructions when making a sandwich and acted annoyed the whole time. I ended up with just bread, lettuce and spinach, as if they did it on purpose. They clearly have no interest in serving customers properly. I will not return.

I’ve been here before. The last time was they were cleaning off a knife with a receipt pulled from the garbage. Today 12/5 at 1pm, two girl employees yelling profanities at each whilst I eat, feet up on a prep table. The table I’m at rocks because they don’t care to fix the leveling. Would you believe as I’m sitting here, someone opens the door and comes off the hinges.

Did not get greeted upon walking in. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence then took my order. Both workers Ary and Kim were just having their own conversation about taking shots and going out somewhere, then about an online order and how rude the door dasher was that came in 8 minutes after me and asked for assistance about a pick up. They didn’t like that he interrupted their conversation. Just rude service and definitely won’t be coming back! This location sucks and I’d rather drive 20 minutes away to the next subway than ever come back to this location!!!!!

This place is worse then stepping on a Lego, I live down the road so it’s convenient to get food from here but literally everytime I get food from this location there is always something wrong. This time I ordered 3 foot longs, toasted. All of them felt like they came straight from the North Pole. Cheese wasn’t even melted. So I called and they hung up on me. Gotta be rough not even being able to make a sandwich right.

The customer service was nonexistent, I appreciate the young African American girl that helped with my order with a big line waiting. The other two girls were in the back laughing and not helping her at all! To make matters worse they had a random white guy in the back hugging up on one of the girls and talking he didn’t even work for the subway. I hope the manager sees this review and looks back at the cameras for 4/19/25 around 4:45-5:30 to witness what we seen. To the girl that helped us out and was very kind I thank you.

Customer Service is terrible, Unfortunately there are only two Subways in Lehigh Acres and I believe they are both owned by the same person. I urge the owner to provide training to his employees regarding customer service. It’s not that their unfriendly faces bother me, it doesn’t affect me, but their lack of empathy and their faces that show no desire to work are very disrespectful. Well, if that’s not what you like, find another job. My sandwich today, apart from the fact that it was made with little desire to make a good sandwich, the quality was horrible.

I don’t typically like to leave bad reviews unless I feel others should know & this is the 3rd time it’s happened after eating at this location. My daughter & I had HORRIBLE stomach cramps & going to the bathroom allllll night long after eating our subs. My stomach still feels off this morning. Idk if they’re not storing their deli right or what but we most definitely had food poisoning after eating here. For me this is the 3rd time getting sick after eating here. Lesson learned, will not be eating subway ever again. Will stick to Publix. Absolutely horrible experience, be warned!
