The girls who work here are friendly and fast and always remember what I want. Also this restaurant always seems very clean and they always put the knives back into the sanitation bucket instead of cutting someone else’s sandwich and leaving it out and going to cut mine – I can’t stand that!! Definitely one of the best subways I’ve been to.

I come here all the time and the girls always exemplify great customer service. Albeit, one of the smaller Subways I’ve been to, they always have the place looking clean and tidy. I’ve been here roughly 15 times in the past month because I work nearby and will continue to come here. Thank you.
Objective criticism:
2 things that get overlooked all the time, but doesn’t take away from the experience.
1) You always pack my sub to go without asking, when 99% of the time my intention is to stay and be away from my workplace.
2) Honestly, I forget every single time that I have a Subway Rewards card. It’s not advertised anywhere inside that I’ve noticed. I actually asked on my last visit and the lady was polite and said yes. Even looked it up with my phone number. This second one is a problem with all Subways though. The only reason I even know Subway has a Rewards Card program was because the one in Gulf Coast Town Center has their cards in front of the register, but they still do not ask if you have one either.
I wouldn’t count #2 as an exclusive problem to this Subway. They obviously don’t need help getting business in their door. They always seem busy. Again, I always enjoy my visit here. Don’t look too much into my criticism.

This one was the worst subway restaurants ever, they won’t take any of your coupons nor participate in the “sub of the day” sale. The last time I went here before they temporary close all the stuff for rude. Even if they ever open back up I won’t be eating here I rather drive further out to a different one that’s how bad it is. I definitely had a really bad first experience going here.

I just had major oral surgery, stopped in to grab my usual, a chopped salad (roasted chicken ) and the girl was so patient, and understanding of my needs. I asked her for extra chopping, among other demands ( lol) And she obliged as if I were at a 5 star restaurant.

Best Subway!! No matter how busy they are, when they see me pulling into the parking lot, they begin to make my favorite sandwich just the way I like it. Veggies are always fresh and the bread is baked to perfection using the lead girl’s “secret” recipe.

Roshanda is an awesome manager, daytime staff is super helpful with recommendations to switch up boring lunch routines. By far my favorite lunch place, I recommend it to everyone in the Gateway area! Honestly , friendly service, clean dining room and kitchen, and you get what you want how you want it. Couldn’t be better!

Wow this place is amazing….. the manager Merv is so friendly and knows her customers so well!!!! Greets everyone with a smile and great customer service… the staff is so friendly and the Resturant is always clean. I’m so happy they’re here and will be back again… keep up the great work!!!!!!

I’m pretty sure she was the owner, totally rude and mean. First and last time in that subway. Do yourself a fsvor lady and take a class on how to better relate to people or go back to your own country where that behavior is acceptable. This is THE USA, be more grateful to be here and be living your dream.

Service was okay, kinda rude. Got home and the whole top of my sandwich is covered in sauce. Looked like they tried to hide it by flipping over the sandwich. The job isn’t that hard as I use to be sandwich maker myself. Honestly could do a better job with one hand.
