I am filing a formal complaint regarding this and the employee working the line on Monday, 3/2, at 2:00 PM.

This is my second experience with this individual where she has failed to follow the mandatory protein portioning guidelines. As I have worked in this franchise system previously, I recognized the discrepancy immediately. This isn’t an accidental error; it is a consistent failure to follow brand regulations, resulting in the customer being overcharged for an under-portioned product.

Beyond the ingredient “skimming,” her attitude is unprofessional and damaging to your store’s reputation. I am reporting this because I know that consistent deviations from the formula are a breach of the franchise agreement. I expect a follow-up regarding how you intend to rectify these training and portioning failures

The store is part of gas station. It has small foot print so it feels crowded. I ordered online and picked up in the store. The order was ready when I arrived. The staff was prompt and friendly.

The sandwich was good and I wish they would put more veggies into it as I requested it online however it was good in taste.

Ordered a philly cheesesteak through the app, picked it up, all nicely wrapped, then got home, unwrapped it and NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, just bread and toppings…how does that even happen?!? Staff is either completely stupid or do this intentionally, either way completely ridiculous and frustrating. Terrible

The food is not fresh there. They use bread that tastes like it was from 2 days ago. If you can, you’re better off going to Publix. There are no match for Publix.

First store was closed 2 hours earlier when I ordered on app! Next day went for a refund next day, employee called manager and manager said she was in bed and I would have to return the next day when owners were there! She abruptly hung up. I asked for owner’s number to resolve and employee called manager again and refused to give number. I then said I hope you will enjoy dealing with customer service and that she was rude in the way this was being handled! I came back the very next day again for my refund. The manager who was the one who responded previously to me the previous day was called to give my refund! She asked for receipt and as she gave me the refund stated, “Do us a favor and do not order any more sandwiches from this store.” I then responded, I wouldn’t and that this was why they’re rated less than 3 stars on Google! BTW! The nite that they were closed at 5 pm., I then ordered the sub at the Dani Rd. Subway! They were empathetic, courteous, and truly professional and their sub was truly a quality sub!

worst subway ever, the whole time the lady working there had her earpods in talking on the phone, I had to repeat myself after every topping and it was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had, super disappointing.

No forks in the whole place. Cashier doesn’t speak English, just shrugged it off. Gas station next door has no forks either. This was an interstate pit stop for me, was starving. I ate what I could with a spoon, the rest either my fingers. Surprisingly, the salad itself was pretty good.

Sandwich artist literally couldn’t hear anything I told her chicken somehow she gave me Turkey even though I told her multiple times I said chicken she decided to put in a used knife to put my sandwich in half. Disgusting and weird because I know and I’ve seen it many times you are supposed to use a different knife with each customer never coming back. Don’t waste your money here. I wish I could have gotten a Refund, but I was in a hurry.

I stop in here often as it’s just around the corner from my office. I typically have a very quick and friendly experience. This time was very different. There was only one gentleman working when there are normally 3 staff members. I asked a quick question regarding the specials and the gentleman quickly snapped that the special was no longer available. I asked may I have the new special ($5 Daily Deal) without a soda and he immediately said no. I asked may I have a bottled water instead and he just pointed to the coke fridge behind me without any words. As he was ringing up my order, he rung me up for the daily deal and cookies that I didn’t order nor did I receive. He then swiped my card and tossed the receipt without asking. Needless to say, rather than attempting to rectify the situation, I simply said thank you and walked out as I felt it would turn into a bad experience. It’s not about the $0.50 overage, but rather the customer experience. Although I’ll continue to stop by, I wish this gentleman would treat me as the other staff members do every time I visit.
