Placed an order through Uber to be delivered the bread was hard and not the kind of hard that it gets from delivering like crunchy cracker hard. I received a six inch instead of the 12-in I called the store and I got told by a lady who barely seem to understand me that whatever order I place is what they make even though it is not a footlong.

I am a combat veteran from multiple combat zones. My elderly father is a Korean War veteran. For the first time in our lives, my father and I went together to get complimentary food on Veterans Day. I was excited about it because my father’s military records burned along with a lot of other service members records in the big National Archives fire of 1973. For the first time ever, we were finally able to get my father’s DD-214 reconstructed by the National Archives. I saw information in many places on the internet and from news reports saying Subway was giving a free six-inch sub on Veteran’s Day. I drove for hours to meet up with my father in North Ft Myers. This was the closest Subway. I called them to confirm the free sub for veterans before we drove there. This Subway in N Ft Myers said sorry, nothing for veterans on Veterans Day. I have absolutely no issue with a restaurant doing nothing for veterans. I do have an issue with a restaurant chain like Subway falsely advertising to news agencies that they are giving a free sub on Veterans Day when it is all a lie. Subway, don’t pretend to be generous or care at all about the Americans who fought for your freedoms when all you really want to do is greedily make the next dollar. Subway is a disgrace.

We decided to give another try to a different Subway. Well, it wasn’t any better. We bought 2 subs and took home. You know, if you overcook the buns you don’t serve them to the customers. You made a mistake but don’t push it onto the customers. My bread was dark in color so I knew it was overcooked. Yep, it was, I tried eating some of it, but then I just took the meat out and ate that. I even had my husband touch my bun so he could see how hard it was. Now, you can’t tell me they didn’t realize how hard that was when they were cutting it. That was a disgrace to serve that. Will NOT be back.

Rude and inconsiderate employees. From harassing one another with plates that are scolding hot from the oven to belching and laughing about it in front of customers (as they make our food) I will never come back to this location. I seriously question how the food and cleanliness is handled if this is how they conduct themselves in front of customers.
It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review as I get it, the service industry is tough and these workers are likely underpaid and treated poorly by Karen’s on a daily basis. But come on, conduct yourself like an adult.
Please look into the two male employees working 6/30 around 12-2pm. (Receipt says served by 011).

The food was great but how can you mess up a sub? The staff kept looking at the menu board to see what was in the sub. They were slow and not really friendly. I could not hear them talking to me over the counter as they spoke so softly. Honestly they seemed unqualified to be in customer service. The girl making my sandwich literally took her time placing the meats and cheeses and fixing them over and over. I wanted to whistle loudly just to wake them up!

Do NOT come here. Me and my family always get sick when we come here and eat. First time no thought of it, we just had a bad stomach ache, diarrhea, throwing up, and cold sweats. Second time was right after my practice and I was so hungry I wanted a nice sandwich. We went there thinking nothing of it and me and my family got our food and everyone is sick! Do not go here! We both got the grilled chicken with other things. Do NOT GO HERE!
