I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to place my order, but no one showed up to help me. There were no employees in sight, and I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. It felt like the store was completely unattended. After waiting so long, I left without ordering. Worst service ever. They don’t greet you, they don’t try to help you — they just ignore you completely. I spoke to one of the employees and they straight-up ignored me. Every time I come here, the two employees are extremely rude.

We walked into the place – the server looked at us and walked around the back. We waited for 10 minutes for her to come out but she didn’t. I called to her if we could order and she just stared at me and carried on with what she was doing. I told her to forget it. Absolutely disgusted !!!!! Certainly won’t be going back there again !!!!

There was an older white lady there who helped me and she was super nice and made the food well but I just felt really bad because they were so busy and they only had one person working. They definitely need to hire more staff. One person is not enough.

It was pretty busy when we were in on a Saturday night, but the ONE employee working (I think his name was Josh) handled it like a champ. But one person working on a Saturday? Are you kidding? SHAME on the manager of this place for scheduling one employee to work a weekend evening shift. You should know better.
Food was good, it’s Subway, it’s consistent.

Absolutely will not recommend this place . I ordered two subs and paid for them online and there was an older guy who said he was the assistant manager that was Very rude telling me he’s not taking orders even though my card was charged .
I politely asked if it can be resolved and he started getting smart for no reason telling me that I was trying to “act like the customer of the year “ for simply asking to get my food that I paid for and ordered. His response was you aren’t getting food because you will be getting it free” that is absolutely insane even though I showed him confirmation of my order and card being charged .
