Nice shop, larger than some of the other strip mall sub shops. Very clean, friendly staff, prompt with service, quick with making order. Another patron had spilled pop and the person in charge was quick to check out area and the next staff had arrived and he went and got a mop and bucket and took care of mess promptly. Great atmosphere would highly recommend.

I recently visited the Subway location Lake Wales and was appalled by the condition of the lettuce, tomatoes, and green peppers. The produce appeared old, wilted and unacceptable for consumption.
*Concerns Raised*
When I inquired with the employee about fresh salad items, I was informed that the delivery service consistently provides old products. This is alarming, considering these items are served to the public and can pose serious health risks.

As paying customers, we deserve edible food. I urge authorities to inspect this establishment and address the following:

I came to this subway today, which is near my house. We used to be frequent customers. I have not been here since new management took over. Today, the service was excellent, the new general manager (whose name is on the door) is much better than the other one was. I use to like the other one, but the last year or two, she had not been friendly at all.
This is a big improvement.The new manager and employee who were there, were interested in good service and providing a quality product. The restaurant was extremely clean and at the time, it was not busy. I had a coupon. And I will definitely be back.

From what I read, the two females load up the sandwich of people they know, and short new customers? Huge disappointment. A large is literally a big hot dog bun. The cheesey garlic steak sub – what a disaster. A small trail of roast beef flakes on a narrow bun. You used to make a sandwich that was almost too much to finish. Where’s the cheese? Must have been under the garlic salad dressing. Now a large fountain soda and this overpriced overpublicized attempt at a sub was all in $15.07. Were chips included? No apparently not. The ad I saw had a huge sandwich and the girl showed piled on beef. Where’s the beef? Thanks but it will be years before I come back. What a terrible waste of $15! Apparently the same girls get bad reviews. Not just sucks, but blows as a subway- worst ever!

So they say one you put it footlong is no longer the offer so you have to pay 3 dollars for you drink at the end of the I finish paying almost 15 $ 2 meals of the day… but the manager need go again to school I think

It smelled so good when I walked in that i could practically taste my Subway sandwich already! Friendly staff who had my sandwich made within 5 minutes of ordering online.
