The place was very clean and I liked that they had a good amount of product in both proteins and vegetables. However, they had very few bread options available. The service, as is often the case at Subway, was disappointing: no greeting, no empathy, and the staff didn’t seem interested in the customer.

One of the most disgusting experiences of my life. I ordered a sub at the Winter Haven Hospital only to realize it was still in Lake Wales location on 60 by Tractor Supply. I tried to call the store immediately to cancel it. The store didn’t pick up I called about eight times. Went there the next day and told them the situation they asked me what my name was looked at the stand and said that my sandwich was still there from YESTERDAY and said that there was nothing that they could do about it, that I made the order even though their phone lines were down and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and just sat there and looked at my sandwich, looked at me and said there’s nothing we can do!!! Health Department needs to go there because if tuna was sitting on the shelf for over 24 hours that’s a violation. It was on camera too, I’m calling them myself. I will never go back to that store. You are gross.

Ordered on the app says no lettuce or turkey available but the store says they have plenty so that’s one issue because I had 3 people that wanted turkey so they ordered from a different restaurant so there’s that inconvenience so I get 9 sandwich all different but there’s nothing labeled on any sandwich so now someone has to look at every sandwich and guess what it is and we tipped for what if the workers are that lazy they cat put a number on a wrapper I don’t need to tip

They offered you a very appealing pepperoni deeper, but this is what they give you in reality! When I complai t that it hadn’t been cheese, they told me that the cheese goes inside the pepperoni!!! Really!!! Plus, the lady got upset for me asking for a deeper pepperoni and cheese, like the pictures. The cashier was very attentive, though!

We went to this location and ordered 3 sandwiches. I asked for some extra mayo on the sandwich at the end and they refused to put it on there. They said they already put enough mayonnaise on the sandwich. I have never had this issue at any other subway. I will never use this particular subway again because of poor customer service

The food was OK, the flatbread was too hard. The line moved extremely slowly because of mobile orders, which took priority over customers in line. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and place was clean! The tables were comfortable, especially the high tops!

So, I went into Subway wanting a sandwich. When I walked up to the counter, I was greeted by a young boy named Jason. He seemed friendly at first, until I had to make a call. I asked my daughter what she wanted because they were out of some items, and he looked so aggravated with me. Then, when I asked him questions, he responded really slickly. If you don’t like your job, then don’t show up. They really need to teach their workers patience. I will not be coming to this Subway ever again.

I have been buying from that restaurant for a while and I have noticed that they do not give you what you ask for. If you order from the app, they give you the bread they want. They do not put the ingredients you ask for. When the app tells you that the food is ready, they have not made it yet. My advice if you are going to order from that place, go in person or better yet, order somewhere else.

I ordered a footlong steak and cheese combo meal with 50% more steak. Got a skimpy little 6-in steak and cheese. The steak didn’t even fill up the entire sub. Paid $33 with tip for this lousy food. Will not be ordering Subway from doordash again.
