I was really disappointed with this Subway location. The food did not look fresh at all and honestly seemed old, which made me uncomfortable ordering anything. The store itself was dirty and clearly not being cleaned properly — tables, floors, and counters all looked neglected. On top of that, the manager, Ginger, had a very bad attitude and was rude instead of helpful. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from her, which just added to the already poor experience. Overall, this place feels poorly managed and I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

Placed an online order. It was ready when I got there. The bread was terribly stale, like it had been sitting out for a week. The lettuce was wilted and tomatoes definitely weren’t fresh. I regret my decision to order from this Subway and spend over $20 for subs that mostly ended up the trash. Really wished I drove back and demanded better. Save your money and order Jersey Mikes

Ordered Sub online, put specific instructions on where to put the bacon and to my surprise, they didn’t put neither the bacon (which cost extra) nor the cheese. Attached are pictures of the sub and the receipt. The worst part is when I contacted the store, the employee who answered had an attitude and gave me the “I didn’t make the sub” even though there’s only 2 employees at that time, which was after 8pm. Her “solution” is either for me to go back to the store, which is 30 minutes away from where I live or go another day to have the Sub remade. Side note, the Sub was supposed to be toasted but as you can see in the picture that’s not the case.

Ordered online. Progress report indicated our order was ready. Went in to pick it up and it had not even been started yet. Five people in line in store. Only one employee working. Waited way too long for our food. Employee was very helpful but was simply overwhelmed.

My Daughter and I ordered online 2 subs toasted with Bacon. I got 2 pieces of bacon on a footlong and they were cold and raw and soggy. I will never order bacon there again. Oh and half the lettuce was brown.

It took over 15 mins to have our food made. No one else was in the store. The employee was making a Uber order or something. Again nice employee but not sure why as a walk in customer my kids and I had to wait so long. My $6 BLT had 2 tiny pieces of bacon. Their soda fountain was not working so I had to get a bottle drink, in which they did not have coke as advertised. And I was over charged for the value meal because their soda machine was not working.

I get it, you have an online order. I’m sitting there waiting and the guy won’t look at me or tell me how long the wait will be. Just sitting there in silence. No clue when I will be taken care of. Tbh idk why I’m not just leaving and just sitting here complaining about it.

6/18/2025 @ 5:50pm…staff member extremely rude i ask for a different cheese on the pizza roll which I have always gotten and he was so rude said absolutely not we he couldnt change it even if I pay additional fee i wanted provolone instead of american on one of them…now keep in mind we were ordering $40 worth of food..then I ask for managers name both male and female staff member said they weren’t allowed to give me the info however, it was on door when we left so I hope management reaches out. Other patron stated how rude they were as well.

Customer service was horrible and employee must hate his job because he had a attitude when I was placing my order. His name was at Ariel I feel he should not work in the front with customers with that attitude. And top it off he messed up on my order when I got home it was all wrong and subs were not toasted and cold for meatball subs. My pretzel was rubbery. I will not be going to this location again. If you want good customer service and right order go few miles down to next subway.

This location for Subway sucks.. I’ve ordered several times from here and it’s always something that’s upsetting. you can tell the young people don’t want to work or do things right. My sub bread is stale. Orders are sometimes not ready or at least being prepared by the time you pick up. Ordered a salad the other day and had no lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous!! Good thing I decided to eat there or I would be eating nothing but toppings. This place needs to tighten up and getting other people that are willing to work right!
