I came here Sunday at 10am & the door was locked. Keep in mind, they open at 9am!!! I saw the worker come from the back, walk to the front, look at me, then walked back to the back so I left. I just came about 15 minutes ago to get some dinner & the guy up front NEVER acknowledged me! He kept rearranging the bread in the ovens, then he pulled out 2 sub rolls & started cutting them. A lady walked from the back, NEVER acknowledged me, just looked at me & started filling the items on the front line. I stood there for 5 minutes without a “hello”, “we’ll be right with you”, NOTHING!!!! I left & went to Firehouse across the street. I was immediately greeted & my order was taken within 10 seconds of me walking up to the counter. As much as I love Subway, I won’t come back to that one. Their service is absolutely horrible! Please don’t ask for any extra veggies either because they’ll only give you 3-4 more pieces of whatever you asked for & get mad when you ask for more.

Went here tonight. 2/6 @730PM. Was ordering 3 foot longs. Tomatoes looked old & soggy, soaked in juice & only had a couple pieces left in there, asked for fresh tomatoes & the worker told me there are none. I told him I will wait for fresh ones, he said he will not slice them. I thought it was subway Eat Fresh. Rejected all 3 subs. Thanks for nothing.

The manager, according to her, was very rude. Came in early, 10ish. She said they had no white or provolone cheese. Since she did not say white bread, I assumed she meant white cheese. I ordered my sandwich, just a cold cut, wanted mayo and mustard, pickles..no mustard… not even mustard packets… but, her attitude about the whole thing was the worst… I can’t believe anyone would hire this person to be a manager.

Visited this location 1/18/2026, order a meatball sub went out to my car opened my sub to find a knife was left in my sandwich!! Absolutely horrible service, gave me the wrong refund due to being embarrassed or so I assume. Horrible location! Never will eat here again!!

Went in 11/01/2025 at 4:10 pm. The guy read the order wrong and gave me a 6 in sandwich instead of a footlong sandwich. Got all the way home to realize the guy made a mistake. I have now called 6 times and no one will answer the phone. When we were in the building no one else was there. Why can’t you pick up the phone. Poor customer service and employees need to be trained on how to read orders correctly. I’m out half the sandwich and money.

This location has went down hill!
They refused to add anything without extra cost. They wanted to charge $1 for 4 pickles! We went in store and that’s when I seen the sign about upcharging. Waiting about 2 months and wanted subaway so I placed an order online, hoping they stopped the extra charges, when you click extra it doesn’t give an option for pay more… needless to say the sub was so dry on my online order I couldn’t eat it, not to mention my 4 pickles they and very little of anything else on the sub.. but charge $13 for the sub. We will not be returning to this location!

The front door has been locked for a year. This makes people think the place is closed. You have to go through the exit door to enter. Don’t you think you should post signs to use other door so customers don’t think the place is closed? I feel the employees take advantage of this. How can you blame them when there is only one person working and they are always behind. Everytime I walk in I’m told I’m gonna have to wait when nobody is in there except me . The sweet tea is never filled. The drink machines are always empty. Price has gone up quality has gone down.

My wife loves a lot of black olives on her sandwich they told me they can only put a very small amount. I went to the Highland City Subway and they put a bunch and said they made sandwiches the way a customer wanted them and don’t charge for more black olives

Stay away at lunch hour. Bad management and one kid leaves the other kid to run the place alone at 11:55 to more that 12:20. WTH? 5 customers left before there was a chance for any service.

DISGUSTING…. Went to get Wife and I a sub, ready to add the decorations to sub, from a distance all veggies looked nice and fresh, clean, really looked good.
Then I seen these tomatoes, disgusting rotten black washed out tomatoes. You all need to fix this .!!!! Nobody wants such as this… ☹️
