This place is a DISASTER. Horrible lazy costumer service. I was waiting almost one hour for her to attend 2 persons. They don’t have enough oil and sauces. She is putting just half of portions in your sandwich. And the manager is very rude and unprofessional. Run to another place.

Really bad location. Aggressive signs everywhere…. typos and lots of explanation points. “Don’t ‘leave’ on the glass,” instead of “Don’t lean”.
Bathrooms are not for public use…. interesting.
The person building my sandwich couldn’t be bothered to stop her conversation long enough to address me when I came in. Continued talking to the other employee the whole time building my sandwich. I found it ironic that their sign said they won’t serve customers if they are distracted on their phone, but it’s perfectly fine for them to be distracted talking to each other. Another customer came in after me and commented, “Wow, yall have so many rules.”
Very minimal veggies were added. Previous visits to other Subway chains left me with a loaded sandwich full of veggies… this one is mainly bread, although I did ask for spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapeños, black olives… etc. She added all of them, just very small amounts.
I normally get cucumbers also, but they looked kinda brown. And I came at 11:30 am, so fairly early in the day for brown veggies.
My chips were stale, I realized after opening it is because I came in on Dec 23, and the best buy date on the chips is Dec 3.
Also, there is no tea at the beverage bar.

First time coming to this location and will never be back. Smallest sandwich I’ve ever had, no chicken even on the sandwich, tasted like bread and spinach, customer service was awful, they seemed high as hell, laughed when we order a sandwich that was supposed to come with pepperoni meanwhile they’re making the new pepperoni and cheese roll ups for themselves. Just to tell us they were all out of pepperoni and laughed saying they were out of a lot of things. One was on a phone call the whole time, took us 20 minutes to get our sandwiches and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It wasn’t even close to closing time, I don’t understand.

Just got home from this store and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The lady was making my sandwich and didn’t tell me there wasn’t any eggs until she put my sandwich into the warmer. It took her a couple of times to ask us what we wanted on our sandwiches. My husband had to repeat himself a few times. Fast forward and we get home and I noticed the bacon on my sandwich looked weird. So I opened my sandwich and this lady served me raw bacon in my sandwich. I can’t even finish the sandwich. Raw meat in general is bad for babies and I’m pregnant. Shame on Subway for letting workers half butt their jobs. Subway needs to do much better. I will not be returning to this store. My husband said his sandwich was gross as well.

The lady that served us was nice but ordering three sandwiches the meat and the veggies inside of them could equal one. We got two meatball subs with a minimal amount of meatballs in both subs and a chicken teriyaki flatbread with almost no meat and barely any veggies.

Ordered through Door Dash as I can’t leave my work for lunch. My chicken bacon ranch sandwhich had stale bread to the point I was not able to eat the bread, barely anything in the sandwhich and they put black olives in the sandwhich. Nowhere does it say black olives in the chicken bacon sandwhich. Also like 2 pieces of onion and some random green leaf I don’t know what it is.
I called the store like the reciept says and was told that they made the sub, and they are sure they diddnt put black olives on the sandwhich (they diddnt deny the bread) but I was more than welcomed to bring the sandwhiches up there and they would replace it (knowing I got it door dashed and couldn’t leave my job) so it was not resolved and we went hungry for lunch. Only order here if you’re on a diet because the food is no edible and you wont get what you order.

Decent service, sandwich was made quickly , new menu, small variety of chips , good selection of drinks and cookies. Got chocolate milk , they don’t have anything other than diet coke for direct options and the juice box didn’t have a straw. The sandwich was elite and the bread was too.

The sandwiches here are disappointing. The chicken was chewy, and they were stingy with the veggies, even when I asked for extra. There was also a significant language barrier, which led to my order being incorrect. When I brought it up, the staff member seemed irritated, so I decided to let it go. On top of that, the numerous signs around the store felt obnoxious and the price—$21 for two sandwiches—was steep for the quality. Overall, not a good experience.

It’s very unprofessional when you go there and there’s nobody there can you place your order online so that means that I placed my order at 7:40 and now its 8:50 and it’s absolutely ridiculous because I have to be at work early you need to hire people that’s going to go to work and work and not leave very unprofessional and I know that this happens all the time the other Subway told me that she does this all the time then why does she have a job there
